don't put your keys in a dishwasher, they'll get warped
the faceplate should be okay, but use dental tabs to clean your keys
When I clean my keys, I pop them out of the keyboard, put them in a pasta strainer, mix em up in warm soapy water, and towel dry them with a little bit of help from my hair dryer.
When I clean my keys, I just pop them all out, put them in a bucket with medium-hot water and a bit of soap, and stir the bucket, and let it sit for ~15 minutes.
Then take them out, and dry them on a towel for ~2 hours.

I just leave them to dry in shade, and use that time to clean the rest of my setup

Can't you just use incredibly basic trig?

If you have B, to find A or C just use trig functions. If X is the angle between C and B

cosX=B/C
