Not possible to mount 2 res in the 900D.

some general considerations but im not an expert on the subject:
1. topmount radiator with middlemount pump is cool but keep in mind that you'll have to bleed the system if you do so
2. honestly 2x 240mm radiators or 1x480mm is far more than enough for an intel cpu and two 1070s - my overclocked 6600k barely fits 45C at full tilt on my 240mm. The fans don't even twitch until i burn my PC for about 10 minutes straight.
3. one larger pump and parallel flow setup would be plenty enough as well, you can just use valves to restrict flow if you find unequal flow is calling issues.
Dual loops really aren't necessary either unless you're running 3+ GPU's and a 140w CPU with motherboard block.
True but i'm going mostly for aesthetics.
I've decided to go with a TT W100 and I know for sure I can do what I want with this case.

Um yes you can, the entire bottom row of the case is designed to mount multiple radiators

Res. .. Reservoir
Not Rad. .. Radiator
Also, I googled about this. The only way to do it is by actually physically modding the case.
