• Audio buzzing in specific circumstances, not headphone related

I recently got a new processor, motherboard and RAM, and since installing them I have been getting this annoying buzzing audio when playing games, watching videos on youtube, watching movies etc.. It seems to be more intense in games, I've only played CS:GO and Grid Autosport since it started occurring, but in both circumstances it's quite noticeable, especially during time when there is no other noise in the game. In movies and youtube videos it's there, but only really noticeable when there's no other audio covering it. I even hear a faint buzz when loading images in this soundless image gallery, https://www.batmanarkhamknight.com/#media/53 It's not my headphones, since I have tried them on another computer and they're fine there. I don't think it's the audio jack, I have tried both front and back, though my front hasn't worked properly for a while now so I can't exactly be sure. My specs are here I've googled around for answers, but it seems my description is either too specific to find anything or too vague to find anything that's similar enough. Edit: Update, it's not fixed yet, but I do have some new information. I tried removing my graphics card and using the on board one, and that seemed to remove the buzzing, but obviously I don't want to have to use my on board one all the time so if anyone has any suggestions with this new information in mind I would appreciate it. Edit 2: Never fixed it, had to take the front panel from an old case and use that, not an ideal solution but good enough without having to spend anything.
It's cross talk, you need to route the front audio out lead so that it's not near other components.
I'm using the back panel audio, are you sure the front panel audio would be relevant?
I'm using the back panel audio, are you sure the front panel audio would be relevant?
The cross talk is a bigger problem in the back since the components are basically all nearby.

Try with a USB audio card instead?
Use something like http://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/ to remove the noise, the frequency of the noise should be fairly well defined so you can adjust it to remove the noise and not effect the audio.
