Oh wait I know what you did wrong, you bought a dell.
ok, you got me.

Overclocking.

Refreshing.
Did you know that The Sims 3 overheats my GPU as fast as Crysis on Very High details with AAx4 (game works nicely on these details with e5200 2.5GHz and 2GB RAM)?
But please tell me, how can I decrease that temperature without using an additional fan.
A fan costs almost nothing, there isn't anything you can do besides put one on there.

10$.
Expansion slot, your case HAS to have one.
It does.
But there's a huge problem. I live in Poland. And that's why I am not up to buying a fan that you recommend.
Also, after buying a new PC, I'm almost broken [only 5 bucks right now].
a PCI slot fan will help
it will at least get some airflow on the cooler

I got one about half a year ago, it was weird because it didn't really lower my temps at all. It was much easier to use RivaTuner to simply force a higher RPM on the fan (~75%).
Guess there's a small chance I mounted it the wrong way... PCI fans are supposed to blow air out the back of the case right?
Zip-tie a fan to it.
Someone is capitalizing my ideas!
Also, OP, up the fan speed, the factory default is at 30%, go to 70%.

My GTX285 idles at 45 and goes up to 75 when playing FC2.

Seriously, I rated you "Bad reading" with obvious reason.
[editline]07:55PM[/editline]
Today I was in the shop and they told me that fan costs 3$. But they also told me that warranty also considers high temperature damage.

Just by an aftermarket fan for around 30 dollars.
I don't know why he told you 3, he didn't know what he's talking about.

no you rated me bad reading because your e-cock is so small.
He said his fan is stuck on 30%, it should stay below 180F for that, instead his is 220F. You're a complete fucking idiot.

Now I know why he is permbanned.
He was too dumb to understand that my graphics card hasn't got any fan.

What's your graphics card?
It's a mobile HD 3650.
My previous card was HD3650 AGP. It highest temperature was 75C.
But wait. It has a fan.
Then get a fucking fan. Simple as that. Can't spend $5? Open your side panel during Crysis and blow your GPU.
They told me in the shop that I don't need an additional fan. Because my PC case has two of them.
Anything over 80c= FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
