rollercoaster of emotions
IT IS COMPLETE.

not enough lens flares, 4/10
The s3 has cyanogenmod support?
Well Exynos phones have CM builds, it's just that the devs are having trouble getting everything to work since there's no documentation or source code (compared to Sony for example).
Ezhik, you made my Internet weekend. My real life weekend was made by a convention and film shoot so whatever :v:
One of my dumbass friends decided it would be funny as fuck to set a random password on my nexus, and now I'm entirely locked out
It doesn't give me the option to log in with a Google account, what am I supposed to do now? Other than reset, of course

That's odd. I thought it will prompt for your Google account info if you miss it X amount of times.

I know
That's odd. I thought it will prompt for your Google account info if you miss it X amount of times.
Just keeps saying 'You have incorrectly entered your password X times, Try again in 30 Seconds'
I'm running on CM10.1, and the device currently isn't connected to wifi, because I had turned it off earlier
if you have logged into a google account once, you should be able to use that if you type wrong password 3 times.

No buttons or anything?
Nothing.
what am I supposed to do now? Other than reset, of course
should kill your friend tbh
Nothing.
Your lockscreen should look like this after you get the 30s wait:
https://www.dropbox.com/sc/c7swi5qxauooxw7/v8DDbG6HBz
[editline]11th March 2013[/editline]
But with a password window instead. That button should be there.
The s3 has cyanogenmod support?
Yeah and guess what? Half of the nonessential features don't work and all devs except for one has abandoned the project
[editline]11th March 2013[/editline]
Also this appears to be the SGS4:

I certainly hope this is a disguised prototype like the SGS3 that was leaked last year because if this is the final design, I'm just gonna go and buy a HTC ONE or something
Yeah and guess what? Half of the nonessential features don't work and all devs except for one has abandoned the project
All features work and I'm getting near daily nighties.
All features work and I'm getting near daily nighties.
Try things like HDMI out and USB OTG
These features will be never supported on Exynos devices because Samsung don't release sources on their proprietary systems
the lack of shading near the bottom is because my bottom bar is off btw
my merge :(

Dear god, that's worse than the S3.

Take his phone and soft brick it.
Take his phone and soft brick it.
I'll throw a brick at it instead
I'll throw a brick at it instead
no no no, soft brick it
that way he'll be begging you to fix it and you can make him wash your car next time you go off roading or some shit
Just gonna format it and put a new rom on there, oh well

is it rooted? if you have a custom recovery, you could probably use adb to remove the pass lock
i did that once a long time ago, but i don't remember how exactly was it done

I know this. They still support samsung devices since they're most popular.

Right. Didn't think of those since I've never in my life used either.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but would you lot recommend getting a Nexus 4 (16gb) as a first proper smartphone? Been looking around, and this seems the best bang for the buck, and they are in stock now.
Can you download different themes and stuff directly on your phone? Or do you have to go through a third party site and put them on manually
Just as I was thinking of getting the HTC One, The Verge says the battery won't last a day if you use it (The video at 5:50). ("It will last a day but only with really light use and some serious optimization")
And the camera isn't THAT great.
What do you guys think? Are all current smartphones utter shit?
