i would really appreciate it if one of you would try to come up with a new build for around $500 compleatly from tiger direct in case you forgot all i need it to do is: run very quickly very smoothly and for light gaming
I never mentioned aesthetics. The lack of "attractive features" means that the case doesn't have very good features for the price, which is an important aspect of a case when you buy one. Features as in tooless, cooling, retention bracket hole, ventilation, cable management, etc. You really can't read, can you?
nope guess not @ op why can't you use newegg it's better
cause i really dont want to order things off the internet and i have a tiger direct not to far away from where i live so it would be much easier

i wouldn't worry about it. Newegg is an internet based business and look how many people buy things off of their site. Obviously shows they are reliable and trustworthy. Plus newegg has better prices than tiger direct + better variety. and you'll get your stuff in 3-4 days at the most.
cause i really dont want to order things off the internet and i have a tiger direct not to far away from where i live so it would be much easier
You don't trust the internet?
i know its not my decision though its my parents
tell them a bunch of nerds who build computers a lot and know a lot more about computers than they do told you to plus the processor i posted is 30 dollars more on tigerdirect go with newegg please
he doesn't need a fucking 130 dollar case for a beginner build I have a 300, and i think it's wonderful, I've modded it to include everything you've said, black interior, 5 fans, a window, dust filters, cable management holes, and that adds up the total to about 70 dollars on everything lian li = not worth it now that i think more, 60 dollars actually
$50 + $70 = $120. The K62 is $99.99. :/
kk watever juss keep posting ideas please because i gtg but thanks alot
$50 + $70 = $120. The K62 is $99.99. :/
130 in newegg.ca :science:
You have proven to me that you have never worked with a quality case like a Lian Li before. The difference between it and the 300 is night and day; Lian Li wins hands down in terms of ease of use, features, and build quality. GG.
I've worked with both cases and I found the 300 much better. The K62 felt fragile while putting in the components and it rattled lightly when it was on. The 300 had no movement whatsoever and great airflow.

I've worked with the 300 and all I can say is that it's severely lacking in features.
"Features"? That sounds the same as calling LEDs "features". It has what it needs to support any standard computer build and it's study with enough airflow to keep most systems cool, what "features" could it possibly need?

Also you are just stupid for calling the p series lacking features.

These are all features that the 300 lacks, ESPECIALLY in the cable management department. [editline]04:49AM[/editline]
you are just stupid for calling the p series lacking features.
No need to insult me, and I don't recall saying that the "p series (?)" are lacking in features.
> ricer cases >cable management choose one
The K62 is by no means a "ricer" case, and it has enough holes to stealthily route cables that would otherwise be restricting airflow.
Cable management holes and accessories (my K7 came with cable clips that can be placed anywhere and hold loose wires running amock), a CPU cooler retention plate backhole, tooless installation, good ventilation, a healthy amount of fans, the list goes on. A 'CPU retention plate backhole' as you called it is useless considering most novice PC builders I know put the CPU and CPU Fan onto the motherboard before putting it into the case. Tool-less installation is also just a feature because most people know how to screw in a screw, and they don't give the same stability as screwing in a component. The 300 has great ventilation and a good amount of fans for most systems.
It doesn't really have any attractive features considering its price (except for being aluminum), looks really cramped, and has a swinging door for the front bezel. No thanks.
What was that phone.
he doesn't need great airflow for what he's getting hey yo yo yo check out my awesome 300 that was totally worth 50 dollars yo yo yo [editline]11:56PM[/editline] i did all that, my first case mod, all for about 10 bucks with everything (including the window which isn't shown)

The expansion bay holders really do hold the card in tight, as do the drive bays. My K7's optical drive installation (literally) is just sliding in the drive and it automatically snaps in to place, and it's a very firm hold mind you. The K62 also has tall screws for screwing in the motherboard with your own thumbs, so say goodbye to small screws running around your case. A backhole is important for people who are upgrading from their stock cooler, wouldn't you agree? As I mentioned before the 300 has no direct blow across the case, which isn't the most optimal of designs.
he doesn't need great airflow for what he's getting
With ANY computer build, it is a necessity to have good airflow.
A backhole is important for people who are upgrading from their stock cooler, wouldn't you agree?
How often to you think the standard PC user would do this?
i said great not good + 1 bad reading tisk tisk
i did all that, my first case mod, all for about 10 bucks with everything (including the window which isn't shown)
Nice job cutting a big ugly hole in your case. Also, your attempt to hide your CPU power connector is laughable. By the way, why in the world would you buy a Zalman CPU cooler? Talk about overatted...
> ricer cases >cable management choose one
John you've been shitposting a lot lately, what's going on?
How often to you think the standard PC user would do this?
A "standard PC user" wouldn't be building a computer in the first place. Way to go Einstein.
