oh man I have to buy this stuff because it costs 30$
But to get the wifi one you must spend 8000 dollars.
But to get the wifi one you must spend 8000 dollars.
Pfft, My 3G One Costs $9500, But it gets free firmware upgrades until Version 1.74. I also bought the HSDPA Upgrade for another $800, but well worth it.
More content from my dumbass dad! My dad came home today, and said to the family that he has bought us the "Best, most advanced and powerful Mac to come out so far, that is far better than any Wintel computer ever made (Glaring at me as he says this)" and pulls out of a Apple store bag a brand new 3G 64GB iPad, and stylus. He is now sitting in the living room trying to find an antivirus and a photoshop app for iPad. He just threw $799 dollars down the drain for a stupid frickin oversized iPod touch.
Good god That's one of the first posts that i've seen that's so rage worthy and ridiculous that I'm left almost literally breathless. Really, it's like someone just said [sp]You are now breathing manually[/sp] Sorry, no content yet, I'll try and remember some edit: My god, I'm traumatized. I'm going to bed now :frown:
Well, at least I'm not blinking manually, nor am I noticing how my tongue sits awkwardly in my mouth.
God dam, its a good thing my jaw is extremely lightweight though.
God dam, its a good thing my jaw is extremely lightweight though.
Yeah. I never notice how heavy mine is though, I'm always focused on the fact that I can see my nose in the center of my vision.
I find it really funny that the only people who use "Wintel" (Well that I've found) Are complete Mactards (This doesn't refer to general mac users, just the moronic, simple minded, stubborn, morons). [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] Also I don't see how an arm v7 Processor is more advanced than an x86 processor.
I've never even heard of 'wintel' before
I've never even heard of 'wintel' before
It's a portmanteau (Blend of 2 words) of Windows and Intel.
Wow.... Now he is yelling at me because he can't do anything with Flash and he thinks I disabled/deleted Flash. He says he can't find it on the app store, so he is in the process of restoring it too. What the fuck is wrong with him? Seriously, he is a fucking dumbass.
It's a portmanteau (Blend of 2 words) of Windows and Intel.
But...But...But don't macs use Intel too? Unless he thinks PPC is better
Does your dad just like walk into apple stores and buys the closest thing without doing any research?
He probably thinks pretty = advanced.
But...But...But don't macs use Intel too? Unless he thinks PPC is better
It was better... 20 years ago :frog:
But...But...But don't macs use Intel too? Unless he thinks PPC is better
Technically speaking I would say that PPC is better. Nowadays it all doens't matter because programming languages are high level enough for us not to have to bother. As an architecture PPC is better than x86. x86 has always been very retarded and there's a shit ton of patch work that has been put into to it so that it can support more ram and what not. It's a huge fucking mess. Ironically enough the sole reason why x86 and Windows are the standards is because of IBM. Back in the day they needed a CPU for their home computer and picked Intel's they also needed an OS, they picked Microsoft's. Those two decisions pretty much defined the industry. I have to say that the PPC CPUs that older macs use are of course worse then Intel dual cores. I'm not talking about the CPUs but the architecture.
It's a portmanteau (Blend of 2 words) of Windows and Intel.
Apparently there's another term like that: Quadroid. Referring to the combination of Qualcomm and Android, which is already the 2nd most popular smartphone OS/Hardware combo.

E-Readers and Maybe iPads are great though, But nothing can beat the "Original Book Experience".

What's you guys and your plugs with switches? I don't get the point of that
The iPad just released here in Norway. This made me go "What the fuck". I thought it released ages ago, but I've never had any interest in it so I never attempted to look for one in any stores.
