Sucks to be Turing, its like having a full wallet but the numbers on the notes randomly change.
I ordered a USB hub on the 14th, dispatched from China the next day. I'm still waiting for it.
Sucks to be Turing, its like having a full wallet but the numbers on the notes randomly change.
I'm still wondering why he didn't actually exchange it for real life currencies on mtgox or something and then keep it in there as credit. That's still better than leaving it in a volatile bitcoin state
Sucks to be Turing, its like having a full wallet but the numbers on the notes randomly change.
I don't understand why he still hasn't paid it out. Also did he every provide any proof beyond that little bit he posted recently?
Then again judging on the stuff he's posting in his "drama thread" he doesn't see to be too bright about investments to begin wtih
Sucks to be Turing, its like having a full wallet but the numbers on the notes randomly change.
Why does everyone blindly believe him? Bullshit he has a million in BTC and hasn't cashed a load.
How the hell would that work?
Trying a key off another machine without Windows on it never worked out for me.
Why does everyone blindly believe him? Bullshit he has a million in BTC and hasn't cashed a load.
To be honest, I don't really believe him. However if he cashed all of it and withdrew it, he's going to get raided by the police pretty much instantly for highly suspecting money laundering.

So far, he failed to prove anything and everything is extremely fishy.
i cashed in 30k that i pretty much have cleared now + some at 250 yesterday (10 dollars off the max, but close enough for me) as for not being very bright at investments, well no fucking shit im a 15 year old who suddenly finds himself with a shitton of money, i have talked to some financial advisors at my bank (free service) and followed their advice for selling today so theres that

Also how was he able to mine that many coins in the first place? Since he made the claims a couple weeks back for the million we can assume it was at 100$/coin, so he would have to have mined: 1000000/100 = 10000 coins. [editline]10th April 2013[/editline] Post the wallet and transactions for the 10k btc.
Didn't turing also post a screenshot of his wallet?

Those are the first to talk you into investing the money with them and screwing you out of it.
Didn't turing also post a screenshot of his wallet?
He posted a censored one of a wallet that didn't have any btc in it.

[editline]10th April 2013[/editline] Post the wallet and transactions for the 10k btc.
Back in the day you could get 100 per hour, so it's not THAT unrealistic.
Back in the day you could get 100 per hour, so it's not THAT unrealistic.
He said he mined all of them on a GPU though iirc, which would mean it was after the difficulty hikes so 100 an hour is retarded.
He posted a censored one of a wallet that didn't have any btc in it.
He posted one with 340 something btc.
It still had the addresses and such censored out and no proof it came from him.
He said he mined all of them on a GPU though iirc, which would mean it was after the difficulty hikes so 100 an hour is retarded.
I'm pretty sure there still was a period where AMD GPUs would give you a fuckton of bitcoins in no time because no real community existed.
I'm pretty sure there still was a period where AMD GPUs would give you a fuckton of bitcoins in no time because no real community existed.
There was, but that was a really short time before people realise what they were on to. Also the difficulty doesn't work like that, since it adjusts based on network hashrate and the huge hashes coming from the gpu mining shot it up.
wow buttcoins are on hyperinflation now, it's dropping by like $20 each 30 minutes
hey guys? I still really can't figure out why this webcam program is still available as a device after uninstalling it. help
i cashed in 30k that i pretty much have cleared now + some at 250 yesterday (10 dollars off the max, but close enough for me) as for not being very bright at investments, well no fucking shit im a 15 year old who suddenly finds himself with a shitton of money, i have talked to some financial advisors at my bank (free service) and followed their advice for selling today so theres that
Did they advise you not to tell everyone on the internet how much money you have? You just attract the wrong attention.
I don't think he's lying. Why would he be lying?
You went to a bank for bitcoin advice? Those are the first to talk you into investing the money with them and screwing you out of it.
You could probably add information on who he should go to for advice, man. [editline]10th April 2013[/editline] oh god listentobitcoin is going insane
There was, but that was a really short time before people realise what they were on to.
You went to a bank for bitcoin advice? Those are the first to talk you into investing the money with them and screwing you out of it.
Uhhh no not nessesarily. They only screw with you if you were to invest in their investment products offered by the bank.
I don't think he's lying. Why would he be lying? You could probably add information on who he should go to for advice, man. [editline]10th April 2013[/editline] oh god listentobitcoin is going insane
Same reason at that Mandrith guy, and the guy who claimed to knock out a 13 y/o for smoking. To garner attention and to feel cool on the internet.
I don't think he's lying. Why would he be lying? You could probably add information on who he should go to for advice, man.
Honestly, for buttcoins I'd have said just get all of it out of there while it was high, fuck those extra 20 $ or so he could have gained from that etc. Not worth the risk.
Well if he does have them then I hope for his sake he's cashing them all right now.
Uhhh no not nessesarily. They only screw with you if you were to invest in their investment products offered by the bank.
Yeah. Right, besides the corporate bullshit, if the guy working at the bank heard a 15 year old tell him that he is holding a lollipop that's worth a mil, hes very well gonna snatch it.
