What are Lenovo like when it comes to pre installed oem stuff?
The Ideapad I bought had some trialware AV on it and that was it. I can't even remember what AV it was, I uninstalled it immediately in favour of Avast.
What are Lenovo like when it comes to pre installed oem stuff?
Power Manager, Access Connections, Solution Center, Rapid Boot HDD, Nitro, Chrome. Not a lot though in my honest opinion. A lot less compared to Acer and Asus.
Probably going to grab an mSATA ssd for it too to use as a boot and game disk as well as the other 650.
What are Lenovo like when it comes to pre installed oem stuff?
It has a lot but its better than new HP laptops where you have to remove it in a certain order or the uninstalls will fail.
Just ordered this yesterday!
Wow. So my parents are selling our house and today a few people came by to check it out. We get back and who ever showed up last moved everything around. I went into my room and found the front door on my BitFenix Ghost pulled off, my Wii U turned to the Super Mario main menu, and I think my DS lite (although I don't exactly remember where I hid it) is missing. jesus
What the fuck how weren't your parents watching these people?!
I think he is saying that nobody was in the house when they "looked at it".
I would never leave my flat/house unattended with strangers in it. That just spells out trouble.
No. Apparently you can't be home when realtors bring in possible buyers, it's how things are done here when selling a home or something like that. So no one was home but the little key machine logs who came in at what time. Also those same people came by before and and told our realtor they were interested in buying the other day. Apparently they're coming back during the week. We're guessing this time they brought their kids to see the house and let them roam free. I'm extremely worried about my DS since I still can't find it. [editline]24th March 2013[/editline]
Always have all doors and windows locked.
They were, the only way to get in is to know the lock code to get the key off the little box thing on the door.
I would never leave my flat/house unattended with strangers in it. Although the realtor is also supposed to be there, guiding them, and I would expect should be responsible for making sure they aren't stealing anything.
Like I said, last time they came everything was fine but I think their kids came this time and they messed with things. There were little shoe prints all over my rug.

Well it's time to list your house with a different realtor and press charges against the old one.
It's not our realtor's fault. It's the one that came with the people. We already know who/what company it was and who they brought it. If anything is confirmed missing then shit's gonna go down I'd imagine. They little key box logs who came in and at what time they entered/left.

Hell, when we were looking round this house the kids of the people who we bought it off asked me if I wanted to go and play football in the garden with them.

I'd just put my dog in his crate and just hang out in my room as the people did their tour, plus I could answer whatever questions they had or something. my pc sounds louder when it's off since I have shitty speakers, whenever my pc's off they make a very low volume hum which is louder than my whole pc which is quiet as fuck
What speakers do you have?

I would go pick up some soup but it snowed a lot and I don't want to die on the way there.

Also set up a way to talk to them, in case they do something.
