Randomly crashed. I have not even saved. FFFFFF
Really? Worked out of the box for me (albeit at like 5 FPS but that's more my shit computer than anything else)
Why not just grab a used PS2? [editline]26th March 2013[/editline] Get a modchip in there and you can play backups.
It's not the same playing on a console as just having to click a button or two then play much better on your computer.
It's not the same playing on a console as just having to click a button or two then play much better on your computer.
But with an actual console you don't get emulator problems
It's not the same playing on a console as just having to click a button or two then play much better on your computer.
Having a PC capable of emulating and upscaling and anti-aliasing PS2 games must be nice. I'll stick with my fattie and GSM, tho.

Would anyone be able to host a webpage (a gif, a small music file, tiny html file, and a tiny css file) for me? I'm planning on doing an april fools prank on my school, but a lot of people know my username, and tonythebean.com is all i have. It can't be a subdomain that its hosted on because I can't use www.blahblah.com/aprilfools/index.html, it has to be an IP. [editline]26th March 2013[/editline] And don't worry about the site being overloaded, my home internet is better than the schools connection.
How big are the files?
How big are the files?
all together its 2mb. [editline]27th March 2013[/editline]
Accept my friend request on Steam, let's do this [editline]26th March 2013[/editline] Also happy birthday!
I really need to change my name back. "The Birthday Boy" is actually in inside joke :v:
My Windows 8 crashed when using the emulator. "Bad pool header". At least I managed to save before. But when starting I got an error saying my CPU was too hot. I went into BIOS and saw the temperature go to something more moderate. In my opinion I think they sensors are just broken, but how do I turn this setting off?
alright I've never heard of an emulator actually crashing the OS before [editline]26th March 2013[/editline] kind of worrying
I think it just put the temp over the edge. My sensor is like 30 degrees above the rest of my stuff.
Randomly crashed. I have not even saved. FFFFFF
Ah, PCSX2. Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix translated into English. Critical Mode was brutal and awesome. For some reason the iso I had switched jumping from x to square.
What are some good PS2games to play? I really want to play most things that aren't ratchet and clank. Gonna keep playing Kingdom hearts but eventually I'll beat that.

Holy shit, how could I forget Ace Combat: Distant Thunder.

Bah, I think my external HDD is completely dead. Trying everything I can to save it but no luck :(
Surprised nobody mentioned Dark Chronicles (Dark Clouds 2 I think it's called), I loved that game to bits. But yeah, I'll look around for the games you mentioned.
Anyone RMA'd anything from Seagate/Samsung before?
Anyone RMA'd anything from Seagate/Samsung before?
Seagate, yes.
Anyone RMA'd anything from Seagate/Samsung before?
If you're gonna RMA something, remember to put a snack (skittles, M&M's, etc.) in there!
If you're gonna RMA something, remember to put a snack (skittles, M&M's, etc.) in there!
You're not their bitch, you don't have to suck up to them
If you're gonna RMA something, remember to put a snack (skittles, M&M's, etc.) in there!
Heh, I'll just use the Haribo OcUK sent me. Good thinking!!
Anyone RMA'd anything from Seagate/Samsung before?
I had to RMA a seagate drive and I paid $10 for them to send me the replacement first, which let me transfer all my games and media over to the new drive from the old failing one before sending it back. Came with a prepaid shipping label so it was super easy. Should mention that I put in a Seatools error code.
Dammit, you need proper packaging. Anyone have any spare 3.5 HDD packaging (UK)?
Dammit, you need proper packaging. Anyone have any spare 3.5 HDD packaging (UK)?
Just drop it in a ESD bag, wrap it in generous amount of bubble wrap, and put it in a small box.
Just drop it in a ESD bag, wrap it in generous amount of bubble wrap, and put it in a small box.
Was gonna do that then I got sent a pdf file of how and how not to pack it. I'll just do what you say as it's the only thing I can do. I don't know why they'd expect the average end user to have something like this http://reflexpackaging.com/product/3-5-hdd-single-pack
