At my School whenever you log into the computers you have your own set of cookies, nobody else uses the same set as you. Sure it's not the same at your School?

Try to go to "C:\Documents and Settings\{USERNAME}\Cookies" and delete the file with facepunch in.

Burn a linux live distro to a CD. Boot form it. Navigate to the folder in which cookies are stored. Delete cookies. Only do this if you're really desperate to log out.
