I think I'm going to ask for a HTC One V for christmas. My two year contract is up with Verizon sometime in december, and our family has been looking into slowly migrating onto Virgin Mobile as each of contracts expire. I would be the first to transition. They're supposed to be running off of Sprint's wimax networks, has anyone had experience with Sprint before?
One V sucks, don't get it. Get an S or X
I'm playing shadow of the colossus, currently i'm on the 14th colossi Holy fuck, it is MURDERING the PS2. When fighting the 14th colossi, it goes from running okay to borderline UNPLAYABLE. Choppy as fuck framerate, controls take like a second to respond. The awesome soundtrack is the only thing actually working straight.
Avast doesn't work for Windows 8?! Now I'm sad.
One V sucks, don't get it. Get an S or X
can't on virgin
Ouch. So I leave work on time for once (I even get tomorrow off, since I've worked ~60 hours so far this week). I get a text message basically as soon as I get home, telling me that some stuff isn't working. My internet *still* hasn't been installed, so I'm *still* leeching off a neighbor's unsecured wifi, which often has issues (probably from half the apartment complex using it, I imagine). Tonight it's been very slow and intermittent, but I was eventually able to at least SSH in to the company server. But I can't get Komodo to connect - so I can't use my IDE. Nope. Gotta debug 4K+-line files in Nano. And I actually did manage to fix one of the problems (a mistake when converting a snippet of code to a loop). And the other problem I think I've excluded from being a problem in the core side. Still, coding in nano is not fun.
discussing, not arguing :)
ehh we'll just ask the Royal English Academy what's proper in--oh wait, English doesn't have a central authority on these things what a shame, it'd make the language a bit more stable

TJ max? [t]http://www.buildics.com/gallery/tj_max_appleton_wi.jpg[/t] you have a whole one of these in your processor now
Guys I'm a sipwicket. Accidentally installed a 32-bit version. Well, time to re-make my USB...
Found a clear Xbox on the side of the road yesterday, though it had a bunch of mud on it and the RF shielding was a little rusted. So I stripped it down to the shell, washed it all out and moved my old black Xbox's parts over. [t]http://i.imgur.com/iNmCe.jpg[/t] EDIT: Forgot to mention, I softmodded it a couple of years ago, upgraded the hard drive to 120GB, installed XBMC and DVDToXbox. Works great, though unfortunately it doesn't handle 720p.
Still, coding in nano is not fun.
Nano can be fun. :(
I read that as if he was coding on an iPod Nano and got really fucking confused.
vim master race [editline]15th November 2012[/editline] feels good to apply a regular expression to any block of text
Hell even vi is more fun than nano.
I currently have two printers on my desk, one on top of the other. One of them is an old one that only prints, the other is a fax/phone/printer/copier/scanner that only scans. [t]http://i.imgur.com/GbSsZ.jpg[/t] hanar confirmed for skyrim
Okay I fixed my problem. Buying my key tomorrow for 15 bucks and I'll be up and running fully. Then I just need to get a new hard drive. 232 GB isnt enough :v: Thank god for Google Play Music though. All my music is on there and on my Mac. no need to transfer 20 gigs of music over everytime I need to reinstall windows.
Nano can be fun. :(
Yes, nano is a great editor for quick things. I use it for quick shit all the time - every time I check something in, nano pops up to enter the commit log entry. But for editing a 4000-line file? When you don't know where the problem is? Not good. PS: Fuck vim, vi, nvi, ed, and anything else in that editor family.
So, i need some help. To sum things up, a member in my ableton live class is going to be in Florida during our live performance. He wants to be able to play some ambient things by triggering loops through live in Florida, when were in new mexico. Is there any good way of doing this?
Just saw the FizzBuzz thing. Decided to throw it together before bed. I'm 17 and I've been able to do this for years. How in the world were 60% not able to make this? (cut it down for size's sake) Idk if it meant for it to have 3 as Fizz and 5 as Buzz, but it's an easy fix if so.
this is the best post today he got fizzbuzz wrong and is complaining about how most people get it wrong, a lot of employers use fizzbuzz as a competency test.
I need a bigger hard-drive 160GB is not enough for having both a Windows 8 install and a Linux install :saddowns:
It does if you make it MPEG2 :v:
Mine does 1080i at MPEG2. About 22-25 FPS. Completely workable for movies.
Sorry :O.
