omg rip ssd it was nice having insane loading speeds time to back everything up. :'( [editline]19th November 2012[/editline] is there any sort of thing that can copy everything from the ssd and stick it onto another hard drive i have, and have it work? i have a feeling that copy pasting it would be a dumb idea that wont work
http://download.cnet.com/Macrium-Reflect-Free/3000-2242_4-10845728.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button
We need to play sipwicket bf3 again.
Buy me it then.
Buy me it then.
When/If Paypal decides to clear my pending balance I will.
We need to play sipwicket bf3 again.
I'm keen for this, but I live in Australia and would get insanely shit pings.
Oh joy, I need to access Microsofts site from a non-Windows 8 computer in order to even get Windows 8 pro in my cart... Windows XP VM to the rescue...
We need to play sipwicket bf3 again.
I'm ok with this. Haven't played it in ages. Gotta motivate that 30 euro purchase and midnight store camp :v:
Wow, the Chris Pirillo facebook page is full of sipwickets and people who think they're better than everyone else :v:
Wow, the Chris Pirillo facebook page is full of sipwickets and people who think they're better than everyone else :v:
What, you mean like Chris Pirillo himself?
Kind of, but worse.
would a bullet really make a decent (plastic explosive) bomb explode? I thought you needed electricity for that.
Ït's not the electrical current that sets the plastics off, it's a small focused charge. Plastic explosives are set off by huge amounts of pressure (and heat, I think), so they put a small charge on their that'll set off the bigger. I assume a big bullet could amass that kind of pressure as well, though I'm not all that sure.
This is odd. Whenever I install certain items from my motherboard's driver disc, my optical drive makes the loudest fucking noise I have ever heard. It's always the same items and seems to be limited to this disc though, and some don't do it. What the fuck? (This has happened on several installs now)
my data plan is faster than my internet at home. :( [editline]19th November 2012[/editline] Atleast I have an unlimited plan. That shit is amazing, I can download/torrent linux distros non-stop on-the-go.
I have a linksys wrt54gl and on my asus p8z68 pro gen 3 i have a intel lan controller and i can only get 10 mbits when using the linksys when i connect it to the fiber router directly, i get 100 mbit. The other pc has 775 mobo and has a marvell controller and gets 100 mbits through the linksys. The cables are all good, and i tried using full duplex but when i put it on full duplex i dont get an ip.

I just have nothing better to do with my life, and I like seeing how pissed people get when I'm saying that Apple isn't always the right choice.
iphoneography
wh-what why I can stand lomography but not this bullshit
I would have thought apples reality distortion field would have dissipated by now, but apparently jobs corpse is still kicking one out as strong as ever
They had a little shrine set up outside the store I'm my local mall after he died. To be honest, I'm not sure all that dedication was warranted. Some people had set out flowers tied together with ear buds, my friends were giggling at it, and the apple employees were looking at us as if we had just shot their dog.
So I'm at a loss with my raid right now. I don't know if getting a raid card would help. I was considering budgeting for a 8 port Areca For like $500 to solve my problems. I can't be out for like 3-4 days at a time while my system half works. [editline]19th November 2012[/editline] Also when I google "St3000dm001 falling out of raid" I find my own thread on the seagate forums. UGH
On the second motherboard? I don't think it's necessarily to blame, I think it maybe is an issue of drives having a time out and the controller loses them [editline]19th November 2012[/editline] Wow, I saw that newegg was having a deal on RAID cards. 20% off. It expired yesterday.DAMN IT
You should get a geiger counter and scan your parts for dangerous amounts of micromakols in other newsss I just did a presentation on social engineering and keyloggers, it was quite fun to do

ehh it's wasn't that big of a deal. That'd be fun to do in college or during a large project or whatever, though.
