What what what, an IPS display that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and doesn't have the most revolting glossy plastic chassis you've ever seen? I'll be damned. The resolution is a bit crap though.
oh ill take one
holy shit those monitors are sexy. do they make any 2560x1440/1600 screens?
[editline]22nd November 2012[/editline]
it doesn't look like they make anything larger than 1920x1080 :(

I mean, what the fuck is going on there? the entire stand will smear and scratch when you dust the thing, and the bezel will collect fingerprints like a mother fucker when you turn the thing on or adjust a setting.
So the same as other LG displays?
what's the name of the stupid tool that makes a usb drive bootable? not the microsoft one, it's third party and actually works
Universal USB Installer?
i just use diskpart
diskpart
list disk
select disk #
clean
create partition primary
format fs=ntfs quick
active
assign
then copy the files to it, then run drive:\boot\bootsect drive:\ /nt60 /force

It has options for Windows.
Hey my monitor looks exactly the same as that, the bezel and the stand aren't glossy but rather matte with sort of stripey design that is supposed to emulate brushed metal.
It has options for Windows.
so do you just manually select your windows ISO with the "diskimage" option?
[editline]22nd November 2012[/editline]
i've only ever done it the manual way
pretty sure unetbootin only installs linux
I think SYSLINUX can boot non-Linux kernels too with some extra modules or something
The 922 is pretty good case but lack a lot of features that pretty much now standard. But I guess for the price it isn't all that bad, especially if you have a modular psu.
Features such as?
Features such as?
Cable management and such.
I was under the impression that it had good management.
Not compared to most cases.
If you have a modular psu you'd be fine though.
you guys missed me cutting green beans and mixing gluten into a weird red ball that will soon be 'pepperoni' you are all awful!
So my computer suddenly decided to not let me move my cursor
everything works fine
just that mice don't work
i have 3 mice connected right now and none of them work
facepunching with a keyboard is hard
I'm actually slightly interested, what kind of stuff would you eat for a vegan thanksgiving?
peanut butter and tofu
what do you mean? I'm just right cliking on the drive and it won't let me extend it
[editline]22nd November 2012[/editline]
Well, first of all, don't use Windows disk management. Get a real partition manager like Easeus home edition (free). Then, move the partition to the left, and then extend it right.
so do you just manually select your windows ISO with the "diskimage" option?

Pretty much.
[editline]22nd November 2012[/editline]
The Windows option is real far down the list, though.
