With the way Facebook is set up you can never really tell who is and isn't online. [editline]5th December 2012[/editline] woops, 12th person on my list doesn't exist or deleted their facebook account. [editline]5th December 2012[/editline]
It's used when you use the search box. They preload it for the suggestions. The data is actually generated from things you post and visit, not from people visiting your profile.
Just saw this post. I doubt it. Some of the profiles I have never viewed or only been to once.
I can say that the facebook thing is simply your friends in your chat sidebar.
I can say that the facebook thing is simply your friends in your chat sidebar.
Yeah except that isn't true at all..
Can't be, #1 in my chat sidebar is my cousin. [editline]5th December 2012[/editline] This Facebook thing is interesting though, the 16th person is someone I don't know but have 17 mutual friends with.
Yeah except that isn't true at all..
Welp, it is for me!
ITT we try to reverse engineer Facebook's algorithms
Let's do that and then create CIPWTTKTbook.
computer literate people who think they know things
computer literate people who think they know things
clpwits... doesn't really work, unless maybe you morph it into "culprits"
clpwits... doesn't really work, unless maybe you morph it into "culprits"
Or 'culpwits' if you want to sound like Elmer Fudd.
I don't even have a Facebook account.
Also, just plopped my SSD into my laptop. Squee!
Wish I had an SSD for this tablet PC. Probably would make a lot quicker, although Windows 8 has helped quite a bit.
ITT
Mods are banning for that fyi
Mods are banning for that fyi
Mods are banning for acronyms now?? In that case they should probably ban for "FYI" too
The average reaction time is 215ms. mine is 351ms. No wonder I suck at FPS-s.
Mods are banning for acronyms now?? In that case they should probably ban for "FYI" too
"meme acronyms" I guess. I'll probably be banned for backseat moderation and we can party it up in the Refugee Camp.
The average reaction time is 215ms. mine is 351ms. No wonder I suck at FPS-s.
Where do I test this? [editline]5th December 2012[/editline]
"meme acronyms" I guess.
Where do I test this?
I tested it at http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/index.php
190ms average.
I tested it at http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/index.php
Mine is 278~ I don't think the 215 is acurate. [editline]5th December 2012[/editline]
190ms average.
o.o
Mine is 278~ I don't think the 215 is acurate. [editline]5th December 2012[/editline] o.o
Judging by the scoreboard, their 215 ms average is bullshit.
"meme acronyms" I guess. I'll probably be banned for backseat moderation and we can party it up in the Refugee Camp.

A meme ( /ˈmiːm/; meem)[1] is "an idea, behavior or style that spreads from person to person within a culture."
OTF (on this forum) we're literally not allowed to have a culture.
I'm also not so hot on the accuracy of it. You have to take into consideration the fact it's fucking flash. It's frame rate dependent, say they fuck up and it's only running at 30 FPS you only have 30 times a second where it takes input, also means you have a 33ms~ delay (Or something like that. I can't brain right now). I don't trust this system very much. Also don't think it's the best idea for a test to begin with. It's something that should be included in a suite, not an individual test.
Plugged in my DVD drive for the first time in ages to reinstall windows (Power cable cant reach secondary HDD and DVD drive at the same time) I forgot how much noise it does. Sounded like someone started a vacuum cleaner when the dvd spun up

305ms average, but I've been awake for 16 hours already.
I tested it at http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/index.php
Apparently my response time because better if I use my peripherals, rather than staring at the square. Not sure if that is supposed to happen.
240.4 ms average using that Flash tool. Not terrible.
