I think he means he can't buy online and that's all he can find locally.
Ooops, sorry then.
That doesn't make a lot of sense. Why can't you open it up since you already know what it is?
Cause my mom likes to do things properly. My Mionix Naos mouse is right there with it too, I was the one to order them for heaven's sake, but she won't let me at 'em.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823201040 sup
God damn it, now I'm torn between you and the Razer one... is the razer actually shit, or is it just fanboyism at work?
Get the Rosewill one, Blue switches are nicer.
Get the Rosewill one, Blue switches are nicer.
Dosen't the razer have Cherry MX blue too?
Get the Rosewill one, Blue switches are nicer.
The Razer also has Cherry MX Blue switches.
Oops, I have don't know where I got the idea that the razer one uses red switches :v:
I have an old Apple keyboard from about 05. It looks mechanical. Not sure though. That thing.
I just bought a Bluetooth Photoshop version of that and it's rubber dome, and very decent to type on. I did prefer my old Apple Aluminium one, it's really nice to type on, doesn't take much effort. [editline]17th December 2010[/editline] I want to get my dad a model M though. He has a logitech wireless, and he uses it all day at his work. He also has a decent sized desk, mine is tiny, so my wireless apple one hardly fits on
Bah, fuck it. It's $20 more, and people seem to love it. I'm going with the Rosewill. Thank you so much guys!
Implying a keyboard is going to make your computer explode.
happened to me once
Implying a keyboard is going to make your computer explode.
Haha wow I thought this was the thread about the Rosewill power supply.
happened to me once
yeah i accidentally thought a container of nitroglycerine was my keyboard was a pretty shitty day for me.. definitely had some nice loud clack sound tho
hahahaha [editline]durhur[/editline] laughing uncontrollably right now, I was wondering why someone was talking about a Rosewill power supply in a thread about keyboards
I lol'd IRL.
Man I love not being able to buffer 360p video.
mx blue seems too light of a switch to game on imo just got for browns maybe even blacks
I'm getting a decent bit of cash on Christmas plus my iPhone. So with the cash I'm gonna buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823201040&cm_re=mechanical_keyboard-_-23-201-040-_-Product and a lefty Razer Death Adder. How is this keyboard for casual gaming/more typing of articles/school papers?
mx blue seems too light of a switch to game on imo just got for browns maybe even blacks
The point is to be light.
Man I love not being able to buffer 360p video.
Why can't you?
Fucking yes. Just found an old BTC AT keyboard in my garage, packed to the brim with Cherry Blues. Boxed. UK Layout.
Fucking yes. Just found an old BTC AT keyboard in my garage, packed to the brim with Cherry Blues. Boxed. UK Layout.
Why are there mechanical keyboards in your garage? Seems like a pretty strange thing to find.
Why are there mechanical keyboards in your garage? Seems like a pretty strange thing to find.
It's AT and my dad knew fuck all about it, except it was there. [editline]18th December 2010[/editline] I could take pics but it's fucking freezing and I can't bring it in
The point is to be light.
well actually from experience they can make accidental key presses a problem
I found my old HP keyboard, makes nice clicking sounds
http://webwit.nl/input/kbsim/
This warms my heart.
Yay, my DAS just arrived. Soooo clicky...
So I got my Razer BlackWidow today. I'm loving it so far, the keyswitches are Cherry MX Blues. The build quality is fairly good, though not excellent. If you put a lot of pressure on the center of the keyboard while the legs are up, it has a slight flex to it. It doesn't flex at all during normal typing, but I thought I would mention it. I would recommend this keyboard to someone who wants a snazzy looking mechanical keyboard with macro keys.
, it has a slight flex to it.
I hate that :/ How "bad" is it really? Because I'm currently considering adding this one to my collection.
Just got my Das professional, it's awesome. Excellent build quality, and just generally fun to type on. I could never go back to using a normal keyboard now that I got this. Only problem that I have with it is that the usb ports on the keyboard are on the right side, meaning it gets in the way of my mouse. It feels incredibly sturdy, I could easily see this lasting for years.
