Looking at IKEA now, also has anyone noticed that when they advertise desks there is always a Apple Mac on it, same in adverts aswell
yea, I noticed a lot of furniture retailers do that. I asked around and it seems the do that because an all-in-one Mac looks better than a monitor and a tower. I think Sony's VAIO all-in-one look slightly nicer.
Same, you will be amazed at the difference. You gonna dual or no?
Single, this monitor is too crap and 1900x1080 is good for me
Isnt that a CRT that you had had for ages? if so your gonna see the difference immediatly, my friend had a crt for ages I told him I could see it flicker and blurry and he said he couldnt :tinfoil:
Yea
also what connecter is it? vga/dvi/hdmi I thought there wasnt a difference untill I used hdmi on my 28" now I can tell the difference with vga straight away which is annoying
This one is VGA, when I get the new monitor I plan to use the HDMI for my PS3 and DVI for the computer.
I don't understand how people like razer mice, they're incredibly uncomfortable.
I respectfully disagree. They have some uber gamer shit that I wouldn't buy, but I got a razer copperhead mouse and I have no problems with it being uncomfortable. And even though I don't have other gaming mice to which I can compare it, I would say it works very well and reliably.
best mouse for me is my genius navigator, extra button, nice grip looks cool, and a Quick dpi switch (from Camp to Rush in half a second! YEAAAAA)

Why would you have your monitor facing 90 degrees away from you instead of in front of you?
Why would you have your monitor facing 90 degrees away from you instead of in front of you?
because one of them is a 28" Hannsg, and the other is a 23"
Looks like a good plan
i'd swap the tower and the 23 inch so you don't have neck problems by the time you're 25

Maybe, Ill see how it would all fit once I get it, has anyone here had any expeience with glass desks? Like are they easy to scratch/damage hard to keep clean etc

In my opinion they're pretty hard to keep clean 100% of the time, Mine isn't easily scratched or damaged, but I wouldn't recommended putting a tower on one.

Specify next time.
I don't know how people can stand having more than 1 monitor, it's really uncomfortable and most likely isn't good for the eyes.
