Damn, probably isn't much chance of finding it then.
Are you expecting, me to look through every single one of his posts just to find an answer? What the f is wrong with you?
Nope, I was simply stating that all the newbies always ask when they see his setup. So, I wonder how many times he has been asked.

The two side screeens are two 20" Dell Monitors :v: It is pushed back which makes it look thinner.

Go to value village (thrift store) and see if they have any. Nice chairs are ridiculously over priced anywhere else but VV

Yep, I have it pushed back to use as a reference screen for the Cintiq. People never understand that a 16:10 widescreen LCD looks so narrow when rotated to portrait.
Wtf, if i turn my head so i look at the "narrow" monitor like 90 degrees it looks wider (in height)

What is it like using such a large array of screens? What did you upgrade from before you got that 30"? I bet you have a hefty high spec PC to power all that? dont you have like a SLI setup + another card?
What is it like using such a large array of screens? What did you upgrade from before you got that 30"? I bet you have a hefty high spec PC to power all that? dont you have like a SLI setup + another card?
The screen space is amazing, even my mother became addicted to the space when she was doing a final power point presentation on my setup. Being able to have a movie going, three web pages, photoshop, 3ds max and a few chat windows open simultaneously really does jade a person.
My first LCD was a 19" Viewsonic VX922, upgraded that to two Dell 2005FPW's which were hot shit when they were new. Got the 30" and ran the 30 and a 20 till I got an SLI setup. Then I ran all three, once I got the cintiq I took it to four. I was given a broken Viewsonic VX922 (identical to my existing one) and I repaired it by replacing six blown capacitors on the display board. Once I had two of those I decided to bite the bullet, buy some wall mounts and add them to the setup for the hell of it. Had to get a 8600GTS to run them as well. I've finally taken them down and they are sitting in my bedroom closet until I can find use for them again. My setup has suited me well and will suite me well for the coming year and a half before I plan to upgrade. SLI GTX 280's, Q9550, 8GB DDR2 1066.
When I upgrade I am not sure what I'm going to go for. A work station this time around for sure. If I want a gaming machine I'll end up just making a seperate rig, I'd love a Quadro FX4800 or the future equivalent. But till then I'm going to be putting money into my camera and bedroom renovation.
Oh, I'm most likely going to be replacing those 20's soon, they are starting to show their age. I am unsure what I'd want to replace them. They discontinued the nice little 1600x1200 20" Dell Ultrasharp that would have been a perfect match for the 30" when in portrait mode. I think I might just save up for another 30".

almost every time I post my desk there is food on it :buddy:
broke my automerge, damnit!
You'd have considerably more room if you placed your tower on the floor, why do you have it on the desk? with the side off? Most cases circulate air better with the sides on since they channel air properly.
I think its because they think it increases airflow.
Nvidia I see a toilet paper roll, never a good sign -_-
I have never understood why people do that.
Well my room is always freezing, so ambient temps are never a problem. Plus it's pretty inside and I enjoy looking at my handiwork (first REAL build). I'm actually thinking about getting a side window cut in.
As for why it's on top of my desk... I dunno I just put this desk together and that's where it ended up. This desk is the perfect size, and the only other thing I could put on it is homework, and I've got a little desk cut into my wall for that (you can see it in the pictures. It's the area that's bombarded with newegg and fedex boxes).
