Where is a good place to host a SVN, where you can have a couple collaborators working on a project together? Something easy to set up and works with TortoiseSVN.

What's a good mouse I can get for ~ £20 which will mainly be for FPS and photo editing? The Sharkoon Fireglider has really good reviews on amazon and is bang on the price I want, is it any good?

So my new mainboard sports a VIA soundcard, and for some reason when there is no signal it has that little electric signal sound instead of just shutting off the output. Does anyone know a way to stop it? My old onboard card (Realtek) didn't have that, and I think I found out that it was a driver issue when I last noticed it.
How do I find which nforce my motherboard uses? I have an ASRock H61M-HVS. I've looked everywhere on ASRock's site.
Is there any difference between the Dell U23 IPS monitor and the Dell U24 IPS besides size? I heard something about them being different in quality.
24in is 1920x1200
How do I find which nforce my motherboard uses? I have an ASRock H61M-HVS. I've looked everywhere on ASRock's site.
nforce? nforce died years ago. You have an H61 board. The chipset is Intel H61.
Okay, so that's not the problem. Damn. I've tried like 15 fixes for this display driver crash problem.
So I'm looking for mouse recommendations for my laptop. Currently, I'm using either a Logitech M315 (if on the go) or a rebranded HP VoodooDNA (if using as a desktop (often with multiple monitors plugged in)). The M315 is dying (middle click failing), and I want to consolidate to just one mouse for my laptop (the Voodoo will be reused for my desktop). Absolute Requirements: Actual scroll wheel - no ball or touch abomination Small enough to use in cramped spaces (eg. in the car, on the couch) At least three buttons If wireless, a long battery life (I've used an Apple touch mouse - needed new batteries every other week); if wired, a small cable Works properly under any OS (Windows/Mac/Linux) and doesn't rely on weird-ass drivers to work Highly desired: Five buttons (or more). Wireless with either native bluetooth, or a USB adapter small enough that I can put my laptop in its bag without taking the adapter out (the M315 adapter is a good example) If over $50, should be durable and reliable (if cheap, should still last at least a year). Desired: Adjustable DPI (at least to 1200 or so - I don't need 3200 DPI) Not look like ass Right now, I'm leaning towards a Gigabyte GM-ECO600, but I'm fully open to suggestions (a bit concerned about the size). Every other mouse I've gotten either came with a computer, or was literally the cheapest one in the store, so I really do not have much experience to go on as far as which brands and models are recommended.

I am going on a trip soon. We already hace a GPS, Sygic for Android and some other GPS app too. But as a backup, we want to have Google maps, on a laptop. Not the phone app. So, does anybody know a good Goofle Maps caching program? What could cache a few European countries?
Doesn't Google Earth allow downloading maps?
Anyone here have a nice Home Theater setup? Also does anyone own a Logitech Harmony 1100?
Nope, my home theater is a PS2 running Simple Media System, hooked up to a 13" CRT with mono sound input.
I should of asked this when I posted earlier but, I know my computer is capable of running Battlefield Bad Company 2. But what about Battlefield 3? I'm assuming low settings? The ati graphics card is a 6790
Didn't BF3 drop DX9 support, meaning it won't run on XP? I remember hearing that; I don't have a copy so I can't confirm. Which is why we have Wikipedia - to confirm it won't run on XP. Seems to meet all the other specs, though, although barely in places.
Which places do I barely meet?
CPU (meets Minimum, but not Recommended). And while it doesn't list a hard drive *speed*, a PATA drive that old is going to be pretty slow, might cause issues (or at least really long load times).
Thanks.
You'll run it fine, BF3 is actually pretty optimized. and a 6750/6770 is more than enough to play it on low/med.
Doesn't Google Earth allow downloading maps?
Didn't find an option for that. And Google Earth is Sattelite map only for some gay reason. AKA, if you want a larger area cached, it is not going to be able to do that, because the size is going to be pretty big. And they have a cache limit of 2000MB.
Is iz possible for a PSU to function fine even while everything is under full load and just randomly cause power losses, even when not under load?
Whats the best software for recording games (preferably free, but paid is fine if you really get what you pay for) [sp]not fraps[/sp]
Whats the best software for recording games (preferably free, but paid is fine if you really get what you pay for) [sp]not fraps[/sp]
I think a lot of people here will agree with me when I say: Dxtory. It's paid but works and performs well.
Alright, I'll check it out. [editline]15th August 2012[/editline] Another question: I just got a second monitor for my desktop so I can look at maps and stuff while I'm gaming. I can mouse over to the monitor while I'm in game just fine, but as soon as I click on chrome the game gets minimized. Any way to stop this from happening?
Yes, play in windowed mode. If it's a steam game I know you can run windowed no border.
Yes, play in windowed mode. If it's a steam game I know you can run windowed no border.
This has nothing to do with Steam, I think you mean Source Games. And obviously you can't when in full screen, but your mouse should be locked in too. While in windowed mode, you can just put focus on anything on the second screen.
