Made me feel a bit horrible, but you're right..
Okay guys, today I was greeted with this:

I have Windows on my SSD (C:), programs on my first HDD (G: Which is failing), and another HDD (F:). Since G: is going down the shitter I was wondering if there was an easy way to make the system think everything's moved over to the F: drive after I have backed it up?
Yes. Change F to G or create a symlink.
Yes. Change F to G or create a symlink.
Symlink would most likely fuck up if the drive fails, I'll try to change the letter if that's all it takes.
What's the easiest way to set up a second monitor?
I have no idea how it works.
I have one graphics card(oh and the on board one). It'll only be used for forums/skype/watching videos.
EDIT: Figured it out. Please feel free to rate this post "Dumb" I tried to but it wouldn't let me :(
Hey, does anybody know of a good 2.5"->3.5" converter bracket that puts the SATA port in exactly the same position it is on 3.5" drives?
I've got some spare 2.5" hard drives, and might be getting an SSD, to put into my old Mac Pro. The problem is, Apple did one of their typical "awesome in theory but causes problems if you try to actually do other things with it" things. Hard drives connect directly to the motherboard - there are no cables. You put the drive in a sled, and slide it in, and it engages ports directly on the mobo. It works perfectly for 3.5" drives, but the sleds don't have holes for 2.5" drives.
Few of the brackets I can find line the drive up right, and those I can find seem to have significant reliability issues (particularly those that bridge the SATA connection). And of course, trying to search specifically for ones that work in a Mac Pro 1,1 brings up the typical over-priced Apple stuff - I don't intend to spend $80 on a mounting bracket.
Worst comes to worst, order a metal one and borrow someones drill press I guess.

I've got an Intel i5 3320M 2.6GHz CPU
Plugging in the AC Adapter makes Intel Turbo Boost go on Energy Saving mode.
Unplugging it and running the laptop on battery only makes the Turbo Boost work and clocks to CPU up to 3.3GHz
What the hell could be causing this?
How much wattage does this Rig Need? would a quality 500w be adequate
I5 2500k @4.5GHZ

Hd 7850 @ 1200/1450mhz
1 ssd
2Hdd
6 case fans 120/140mm
corsair vengeance 16GB ram
A Respectable 500w PSU would, certainly.

Honestly I'd just go for a 600watt PSU just to be sure. I mean how much extra could it cost.
Both Crysis and Crysis Warhead don't like me going into 1080p. It's my native resolution, everything else runs fine from it. When I set it to 1080, my monitor goes black and says "input not supported". I know I can run the game, I've done it before on worse hardware. My video card is a 6850. How can I fix this?
Might be refresh rate. Try going into window and then 1080p. Perhaps run it borderless.

How can you do that on Crysis?
Is there a way to permanently remove "Exit Steam" from Steam's jumplist?
I just accidentally closed it while trying to pull up my friends list and I don't want to do that twice.
Would it be unwise to primarily use an SSD until i had the money for an actual mechanical hard drive or should i just buy the mechanical hard drive first?
Space doesn't really bother me much, i'm currently using a 300GB hard drive.

Because restarting steam is the hardest most time consuming thing ever.

Well excuse me for wanting to get rid of an inconvenience.
Are you planning on helping at all or...?

Assuming he's talking about WINE then yes, it can take a long time to start up again.

Oh well nevermind then.
Are SECC/ABS plastic cases any good?, this Cooler Master case is made out of the material and has generally really good reviews in comparison to other cases.

Fascinating concept really, but I wasn't planning on creating a budget for this.
If I want to SLI my NVIDIA Geforce GTX 570 do I have to get an exact duplicate of the card, or can I get any other GTX 570 and SLI it? Like a PNY tech NVIDIA 570.

Before I had a calibrator (I do 3D design work and needed color accuracy for my products) I simply used a website that had different calibration pages for sharpness, contrast, colors, black levels and white levels. I don't remember the name but I'm sure it's easy to find.
