Can someone recommend a good high quality monitor (in terms of build and colors) with a price tag that doesn't exceed $200?

assuming you're in 'murica

That would lean more towards build quality. Here is a more screen quality oriented option:

I have, and just did it another time for good measure, still does it. (only started doing it today)
It is.
THATS YOUR OPINION
personally I don't feel it's worthy but that's just because I'm happy with running things 30+ fps on high 1080p, and I feel like you could easily hold out till the next release with that.

No. It's just what the benchmarks show. There's a huge jump between the two.
Even going from two 6870s to a single 670 was big jump performance wise.
Is there a safe way to test to see if a SSD is failing? just curious.
If I wanna SLI my GTX 560 but cannot find any place that sells them, can I hook up a similar card from the 600 series? And if so, which?
Thanks.
Anyone? :c
I'm looking for a program that basically displays a graph of my laptop battery charge over time, but Google isn't giving me anything useful. Do you guys know if such a thing exists? (for Windows 7 by the way)
Anyone? :c
No. You cannot.

ASUS are considered one of the most reliable brands but their stands apparently are a little flimsy, read some reviews about the monitor that you want to buy to determine if you want to get it, I'm not a monitor guru
Is there a way to make windows think of two monitors as one with a 580gtx? I don't want to game, I just want to have more fun with http://yooouuutuuube.com/

Actual Multiple Monitors has an option to stretch your windows across both screens if you want?
Not really much different than just resizing your window to fit your monitors, are you trying to use full screen mode i'm guessing?
It seems to run fine stretched across my screens, it's just terribly laggy since my cpu is at 100% usage trying to play the video :v:

I just bought a new microphone. I plugged it in to the front panel to test the audio before I mounted it, and it worked fine. Mounted it and ran the cable, and I put it in the rear jack on my xonar dg. Now it's not working, is there a setting that needs to be changed somewhere to set this thing up for the audio card? I'm stumped

I set it up right here but I'm still getting no sounds at all through the mic
I want to be able to fit my older GTX 460 into my motherboard along with my newer Graphics card and use SLI, but it's like a cm too tall to fit. Is there like an extender thing or something that I could get?
Does the sound level increase when you try to blow at the mic or something? (the bars to the right)

I had a xonar, I believe there's something in its software for that, I can't remember exactly.
My computer seems to turn off whenever it has to do something graphical, whether that is booting windows, booting a xubuntu live cd, even on safe mode, but it can sit on the BIOS menu or windows memory diagnostics fine, what is the most likely cause?
Thanks

Overheating GPU or CPU
Overheating GPU or CPU
Will reapply thermal paste then, wasn't sure if it was that at first because of how it would stay in BIOS etc without problems
Thank you

You could check with HWMonitor to begin with

Oh, you're using Linux... Err... I'll find a alternative - 2 sec
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SensorInstallHowto
not sure if that includes gpu temperatures.. Well, you can find the temperatures in NVIDIA X settings or whatever it's called - if you have a NVIDIA gpu
CPU temperatures can also be found in the BIOS
