Thermal paste - is it better to spread it or let the pressure from the heatsink do it? Thanks.
let the heatsink
Couldn't find a better place to post this so Will this be a sham chinese make or should I get it. Need some sort of a RCA to VGA converter to play my ps2 on my monitor but can't find any that ship to my country, only that one does. They want 10euros for the shipping too
Depends on which CPU
93C is dangerously high for any CPU
I've always wondered, why do most people recommend using Speccy over HWInfo for specs? I used to use Speccy, and it reported my laptop as being at around 90C and gave very general info on my CPU and HDD, but HWInfo gives exact model numbers and an accurate temperature reading over time.
Guys, what's a good site to buy laptops with international shipping?
Will a TJ07 fit a 480 and a 240 rad in the bottom compartment and a 240 up top?
PCI network card vs USB adapter. Will update with more info later if needed but I need wireless internet because where I am doesn't let me use cables like I did at home.
Video card died. I have a 450W power supply, will this be able to work with it or will I have to get a new one?

PCI would probably be better just because it's out of the way. [editline]26th February 2013[/editline]
Video card died. For some reason when trying to connect my DualShock 3 controller via BlueTooth using Motion In Joy I get this message thing. Any ways to fix this? Pairing my cellphone works, and pairing my Wii controller works.
PCI network card vs USB adapter. I've heard that they're about the same now though.
Thanks. My mobo has 3 PCI e slots, 1 is being used and another blocked by my gtx 460, leaving one. Do I need to worry about bandwidth or whatever if I got a PCI card? I can get a tp link W881ND for 20 bucks, which sounds good to me. [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] It doesn't exist according to Google though but the store nearby is reputable and nation wide so its probably a typo
does anyone know any good book writing software?

And PCIe will be faster still. An internal card won't be bottlenecked on anything.
I mean with the GPU internally
I mean with the GPU internally
PCI is different from PCI-e, your GPU will be fine.
Thanks [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] Just double checked, card I want uses e, isn't that what gpus use
Thanks [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] Just double checked, card I want uses e, isn't that what gpus use
PCI and PCIe can be used for pretty much anything. Video cards, network adapters, RAID controllers, even ultra-high-end SSDs. AGP is the only GPU-only slot. And you won't have problems mixing them. That's what it's designed for.
