Depends on the power supply, some aren't switchable, most are. Russia is 220v (?) right? Fairly certain Canada is 120v. If your PSU has a voltage switch, all you should have to do is flick that when you come over, and get a new cord.

Switch also known as that switch WHICH YOU SHOULD NEVER TOUCH.
But it actually is the way to do it in this situation, so it's ok :v:
A lot of modern PSUs don't have switches anymore, pretty sure they autodetect how much is coming from the wall and use that.
Unless you have one of them Chinese ones that explode at 35% load.
All PSU manufacturers should manufacture their PSU's to where you can connect what you need ( Instead of getting a big jumble of 4 PCIe connectors, I should be able to attach 2 since I only need two ) like this Antec PSU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371052 .
This makes cord management so easier.

Most high-end PSU's do that now...
But the extra circuitry is immense, it's just not viable for low-budget units.
I was just thinking to myself, "cool, it looks like gary finally fixed those ghost pages"
...nevermind

I had a low budget PSU that had those from antec, it was a 500W one.
There's not much point for low wattage PSUs, you'll just end up connecting everything anyways.

Modularity is overrated.

Non-modular PSU in a mATX case, if you can't do better cable management in a full size feature-full case, you aren't trying.
Yea I blame my case.

Second 6870 or get a better single gpu card? My birthday is next week so I'm considering to either go crossfire or do something else, dunno yet.
This is my PSU, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371049&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Power+Supplies-_-Antec-_-17371049
And the i5 2500-K is overclocked to 4.4GHz at the moment.
Another 6870 definitely.

The PSU will work fine with two of them, easily.
Alright cool.
Second question. What's the best laptop I can get for about $600 to $700? It's just for school and light/medium gaming. Selling my MacBook and a few old coins I found that some dude who owns a coin shop will buy for an insane amount of money (one coin is worth $277 holy shit) so I'm thinking of getting a 15.6" laptop and pocketing the rest.
I'm tired of this cramped, cable management-less piece of shit Antec 300. I need a new case. I want it to be as big as possible and compatible with my mobo (this one) and have the best cable management possible. My budgest is $75. What should I get? I was thinking about the HAF 912.

If you haven't already sold the coins, do some research on them. I wouldn't put it past some random guy in a coin shop to capitalize on your ignorance of the arguably useless subject of obsolete money. See if you can't get a better offer from the guy.

I did, he's paying more than what they're worth on a majority of them.
Last Year the Built In Audio Card stopped working for me. I tried everything but it won't work.
So I bought new sound card and fitted it in my PC.
After some time I installed Ubuntu as my main OS on my PC and the Built in Card Magically started working again. In fact both cards worked perfectly. I just had to change settings from the Audio Manger and it would work.
So I just wanted to know - WHY?
I have again installed Windows XP. and it still ain't working. I've tried everything that I could do.
So any suggestions? or anything?
drivers?
drivers?
Tried installing many.
And another question. Can I use my Built in Card without removing the card I put in it?
'cos If I checkit now I don't wanna remove the Sound Card I placed in it.
And if you can give me driver suggestions.

If you can use both in Ubuntu you should be able to use both in XP as well.
Got my cards, install 1, try to fit the other one.
"NOPE, Im not gonna fit in there bro!"
Well everybody said so on the internet.
"Too fucking bad for you!"
Seems like I need a new mobo to run my 2x 580's, FUCKING.
Opinions on this for a budget mATX LAN rig?
