Keep in mind that he could sell the 460 for $100-$130 or so after replacing it with a faster card.
If he could go without a graphics card for like 2-3 days he could sell his card, take the $100-$130 for the 460 and then order a better card. He'd be damned close to being able to afford this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127552
What do you mean shouldn't be bothered? Like is the budget to small is what you're saying?
I meant, if I was in the same situation I'd not upgrade at all or get another GTX 470 if I can find one for cheap, a GTX 470 is still more than capable, atleast until the new cards come out.
So I'm having problems accessing Russian sites (Chrome). Trying to go on them results in Google Chrome saying "Oops! This link appears broken". For some reason it only happens to some Russian websites, not all of them. I've tried clearing cookies and that didn't help. And yes, I've tried using http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

I suppose British people are just more sophisticated.

I hope to move to Britain or England later in life.
:)
Just move to the good parts, there's a large difference in areas, it's like moving countries.
And without offending any British people while saying this, north but not too north tend to be the best areas.
I want to have TotalHalibut for a neighbor.
I sound almost exactly like him, we would get along.
Also, I'm planning to get a second 6870 and have four monitors hooked to them, how would I go around doing this? Three will be BenQ benq 2420HDB's, they have only DVI connections and the fourth will be a HP w2207h with HDMI & VGA inputs, I want the three BenQ's for eyefinity gaming and general computer use with the fourth being seperate on an arm.
How would I hook them with two 6870's? Display adapter on the BenQ's on one card and the HP just a normal HDMI to the second?
And what display port adapter would I need? Active/passive etc., have no idea about that.
Thanks.
What's the best place to buy printer ink? I need HP 300 and don't wanna buy the official HP ink because its 10 quid, which I know isn't bad as far as ink goes, but can I get it cheaper?

South West bro.
You get all the sexy accents of Ireland, yet nice beaches too.
I'm not that great when it comes to parts and such with computers and my friend was looking at buying this: http://winnipeg.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-computers-Custom-Built-Gaming-Computer-ALL-NEW-PARTS-900-OBO-W0QQAdIdZ314494496
Just wondering if its a good setup and if the price is fair.

The price is not fair I would say. I know you hear it a lot, but build one. Buying middle to high end systems, if not for the nice case or custom work, is a major loss.
[editline]19th September 2011[/editline]
I just built the same system based off the models and numbers for that system and it cost my 550 bucks.

That looks terribly overpriced for what it is
Thanks guys, I'm just going to build him one myself.
Sorry if this has been answered already.
What is the difference between 1.65v and 1.5v of RAM? I am looking to purchase 2x4Gb RAM, but I keep hearing people say that 1.65v of RAM is bad, and that I should get 1.5v.
What is the freaking difference? And why is it bad, if at all?

Lower is better, but it doesn't really matter. You should pretty much just be buying the cheapest reputable brand, or paying a FEW more dollars for a little faster / better looking stuff.
Like: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231424 is cheap and good, there's nothing better within a few dollars more, so I'd get that. It's also 1.5v.
Can someone suggest me a new monitor? I need a new one since my current one has awful green shadow problems. What I want is it to be 24inches and be in a budget of 200 bucks. It will be used for mostly gaming.

UD4 is better.
