can you quit comparing penis sizes now?
can you quit comparing penis sizes now?
I am mostly trying to find out what his deal is with me. I could understand if I came in here asking about HA/DRS or Cisco HSRP/OSPF/ATMS etc. but not a simple question I wasn't too terrible sure about.
switch to MSE, I don't really know or just stop using the toolbar, what does it do anyways
If it finds a link somewhere, (like this link to Google), it's supposed to give an indication of whether or not the site is trustworthy (assuming it knows about it). [editline]25th September 2011[/editline] ah, got a screenshot - evidently it's only supposed to work on search engines so apparently the fact that Google+ is on "plus.google.com" is confusing the thing. I'll have to tell Avast about that one.
How can I format my pc without a cd drive? :/
How can I format my pc without a cd drive? :/
you can boot up windows from a flash drive and use diskpart, or most other linux distros windows has this http://download.cnet.com/Windows-7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool/3000-18513_4-10972600.html shift + f10 I believe for command prompt then diskpart, or walk through the GUI right up to where it wants you to install linux tools like unetbootin, will live boot to most linux distros then fdisk the drive
How can I format my pc without a cd drive? :/
Take the ISO for whatever formatting CD you like (I like Ultimate Boot CD) and install it onto a flash drive. There's a bunch of programs that will do it for you.
I'm currently looking for a new router and PCI wireless adapter (802.11N) but I know almost nothing about networking. Could someone help me find them? If possible from this site: www.pccasegear.com It would also need to be compatible with G standard devices because most of my household uses it.

If you only have a G band adapter (or even a single band adapter), you won't be able to use wireless N anyways.
Well I mean to have a N adapter as well.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124190 flash with tomato and you are set, you probably won't use the N speeds anyways this is also very good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833162033
Oh, sorry, didn't see that you wanted a router too, now I feel dumb.
Which monitor for about $250 would you recommend? Think it's time to let my old friend die.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236117 no need to spend more unless you want the 25inch model
Why is it that 420p youtube videos load slower than 720p, for me anyway?
Possibly silly question here: when I'm trying to forward ports on my router it asks me for a local IP address, but I'm not sure if it wants the IP for my router (192.168.1.1) or my PCs local IP (192.168.1.2). Which does it want? Edit: never mind it's working now
I don't even know where the hell to post this, but is there a program that can merge a few gifs together to make one gif? (Virtualdub only works with AVI's as far as I know). I want to make an avatar, but the images are 5 seperate animated gifs and I want to merge them together to make one single GIF and put it as my avatar. Is there anyway I can do it without a silly watermark?

So every few weeks I do a stream to Justin.tv using Xsplit. For this, I need to stream a stream. Is there anyway to get the RTMP link thingy of the stream so I don't have to make a screen region over the stream I want to stream, and stream that instead. Said stream I want it from: http://www.americanlemans.com/primary1.php?cat=live it's not live right now [sp]I know it sounds complicated, but I can't really word it better[/sp] Thanks

Is there any way to have options apply on a per-application basis in CCC? So I could have AA enabled for GTAIV and automatically disabled for Minecraft, for instance?
I reformatted from XP to Win 7, and was SO excited when I could use 1800 x 1200, but than I updated via Windows Update and now I am forced with 1280 x 1024... How can I revert? :'(

Windows Update might have downloaded either the wrong driver or some generic driver that might be messing stuff up.

But now I'm sad :/
Probably just drivers allowing strange resolutions... is this on an LCD monitor? you should really just be using native resolution.
Yeah, it's a Dell 1905FP But I would immensely prefer 1600 x 1200
uh huh, native resolution is 1280x1024, anything more is a waste of resources since it would be downscaling it to 1280x1024, which is the highest resolution your monitor can do
