Is it worth it to buy a second MSI GTX 460 1GB for SLI for upcoming games? Or should I buy a new card altogether? I can SLI but I'll need to use molex adapters for one of the cards if I do. 650W PSU. No bottle necking worries.

Why is the second 6870 at 0% usage when the first one at 99% usage?
Crossfire is enable according to GPU-Z yet I'm getting the performance of a single 6870.
This only happens in Crysis 2 as far as I know.
I consider myself to be pretty good at computers, and so does most everyone that knows me. I've been thinking about it, and realized I might be able to cash in on this talent of mine. What would it take for me to start a work-from-home computer consultation business of sorts?
Is it at all viable to start a custom PC building business? Not necessarily high-end like Milkyware, but more to suit the general (poor) population
Doesn't sound worth it since there's many other PC building businesses out there. I think you could pull it off if you had enough resources.

Like Odellus said, advertisement is key.

Where would I advertise? I was thinking like the newspaper, or something like that.

I always see 3d party computer manufacturer advertisements (Cyberpower, iBuypower) in PC gamer magazines. They show a bunch of builds and different prices for these builds. Internet advertising works too.

I think that's a bit out of his league
start by word of mouth, then move on to the newspaper and wherever that takes you

Steam?
Or just gather them in folders.
Or Rocketdock + stacks.
Or that app that can make superbar stacks.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll try the superbar stacks one.
I got a videocamera for my birthday and it's a DVC-5B2 Waterproof camera. It's decent. The battery time is not so decent, though. I don't think I will record much underwater either.
My question is if different tripods have different plug-in or "hole" sizes? I'm interested in making time-lapse and nature videos so I want a good tripod to have the camera steady, even in tough terrain. The price should be less than $150.

I saw that my motherboard supports 1600 OC and I get 1333. So I looked up "1600 OC" and saw a post saying that to get to 1600 I would need to overclock the memory controller. So does anyone know how I go about overclocking the memory controller?
you press + once in the bios when you're selecting the memory speed.
What was that program what showed what used the most of your HDD etc. as a graph? Or well, something similar.

Yes I'd definitely get a second 460 1gb before moving on to newer cards for bang:buck, a 650w will do it if it's good, post what it is, also just to show you what two 460s will give you here's a synthetic benchmark:
