I have 2 ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics Cards by XFX. I have 2 because I wanted to have a 3 monitor setup with Eyefinity. I got everything for them from a Crossfire X Cable to a Displayport Adapter to try and get it to work, but Catalyst always detected the third monitor but wouldn't let me use it so I just assumed that it was incompatible and stuck with the partially working extended desktop for the 3 monitors. Well Today, after a Drivers update and a restart, Catalyst refuses to agnolige any of the monitors connected to my second card, the Device manager sees both cards and only one monitor. So Now I need 2 new cards that will support Eyefinity 3 Dell 1680x1050 monitors on DVI. I also have 1 dvi to hdmi port and 1 dvi to displayport. My Budget is around 325$ for both cards as one price. What 2 cards should I get?
They do sell Displayport splitters, they do the same kind of thing as Triplehead2Go. Tigerdirect Something like this might work for you. When I moved to a 3 screen setup I just got a single card that could handle it. MY HD4850 before had 2 DVI and component out. I moved to an HD6870, which had 2 mini-displayport, 2 DVI, and an HDMI. It is limited to 2 total of the 2 DVI and HDMI ports. My triple screen setup is a VGA CRT, DVI TN-LCD, and Displayport IPS-LCD. One of them doesn't work during bootup but it fine when in an OS.

What have guys got to say about Galaxy's 570? I've heard some bad stuff- but the card was cheap and I heard the cooler was good. Aunt let me use Prime so I only payed $4 for overnight. Also, any advice on actually getting the rebate to work?
Awesome Thankyou, but What's a good card that can eyefinity 3 monitors?
If you have at least 1 displayport monitor almost any video card will work currently. Most cards limit you too 2 digital DVI/HDMI signals. I have a single link-DVI to my VGA, dual-link to my Acer and, displayport to my Dell U2211h. The HD6870 I have would work for you, but you would end up using 2 DVI ports and then need an active displayport adapter for the 3rd. It needs to be an active adapter or a displayport monitor if you are using more then 2 monitors on most cards I have looked up. It usually doesn't come up though because there isn't a hardware connector that won't work if the rest are full. Unless they changed it recently.
Guys is there any way around DirectX error code 2 for Just Cause 2? My gpus are 2 7900GTXs and I cant get directx9 on them. I was planning to buy a 570 off newegg this week but I might just check best buy for a good deal tomorrow...
Considering Just Cause 2 is DX10 only, you're not going to get it to run on 7900's. You never will.

What should i do if my NVIDIA drivers crash for no reason? Is my GPU broken?
Since my headset is broken, I need to get a new headset. Any recommendations? The one I had was a Logitech G35 (7.1 Channel, USB).

So all my parts arrived, and I have all the parts in. Could anybody help me with the wiring?
What's the best cooler for a 2500k? Size nor price doesn't matter, and I'm not interested in watercooling unless it's closed loop. I've heard you can get it to 5.0ghz on air, what coolers are the best for clocks this high? Plus I've heard the Kuhler and H80 type coolers are utter marketing bullshit by some FP members, is this true?

[img_thumb]http://goo.gl/gqvjr[/img_thumb] Does anyone know the speed of the HDD inside one of these? I've been searching everywhere with no results.

I've been searching everywhere with no results.
Probably 5400, doesn't matter though - most of those have the USB port as part of the PCB with no way to connect SATA unless you maybe solder a header on - I have one and opened it. Check the model number.
Annoying problem that doesn't deserve a thread: When my computer reaches the desktop after booting, my cursor is in the bottom left corner of my second monitor. When I attempt to move the cursor elsewhere, it goes back to that corner. Unplugging and replugging my keyboard makes this stop until my computer boots windows again, but it's getting a bit annoying. Oh, I don't have any other tablets/mice connected that would cause this. Keyboard is Razer Arctosa and mouse is Razer Naga if that helps.
It's probably a program doing it.
It's only occurred since I got the keyboard. I've disabled the keyboard's non-essential drivers to no avail. I will try disabling the mouse's software now. Just did it to no avail. But I just realized that team viewer is starting with windows now. I bet that it's taking part in this somehow. I cannot pinpoint the problem to anything beyond the keyboard after trying several things including updating the drivers for the keyboard/mouse, disabling the drivers altogether, and disabling programs that could cause it.
Is there any reason a sound card from an older computer shouldn't fit into a new case?
