My mouse pointer is fucked up on my right monitor. A restart fixes it, but it happens every once in awhile for no reason. I can't take a picture because Zscreen ignores the mouse, but a column of pixels was taken from the middle of it and moved to the left edge of it for some reason. And the "I" mouse pointer for going over text is pushed over about 10 pixels for no reason. I already tried changing the mouse pointer theme.

[editline] August 10th 2011[/editline]
And are there any better PSU's out there for the price?
[sp]Corsair and OCZ's parts come from the same source right?[/sp]

I have the 600w version and a GTX 570, Phenom II x4 965, 3 Hard Drives, and 4 x 2GB Sticks and I haven't seen any stability problems
My mouse keeps randomly double clicking. It's not predictable and it's extremely annoying. I've scanned with malwarebytes and spybot, but that doesn't mean there isn't malware on my computer. My double click speed is on faster, because making it slower seems to make the problem worse.
Any ideas?
I was thinking of going a corsair build.
Corsair 650D, H80, 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, and a Corsair 850W PSU
Along with a i5 2500k and Asus P8P67
And the 128GB is $230

Also my friend just got a NH-D14 for $90 on Newegg
The Corsair Force 3 series is fine.. I've had mine for a while now and so far no problems.

I've heard the Force 3 has lots of problems
They did just release a firmware update so I don't know if that fixed a lot of the problems
It is also using sandforce
I haven't heard the best with sandforce based SSD's in terms of reliability but speed they sure are fast
Hey Facepunch, my parents are getting me this http://www.amazon.com/Acer-AO722-BZ4...pr_product_top for my birthday, I dont really have much interest in it, seeing how the specs dont seem to be that great, and I don't really want a netbook, but I was wondering what would be the most demanding game I'd be able to play on it? I'm assuming I'd only be able to play things like minecraft, but maybe it could run tf2 on low? Thanks for any help
It'll run TF2 far better than minecraft lol.
It'll actually run tf2?
A wristwatch can run TF2

I'm planning on running this PC on for a few days and see if it crashes, if it does I'll probably send it back.
What do you guys think of this bundle?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.679860
I'm going to be using it with these:
Case- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146060&Tpk=lexa%20s
PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817702010
GPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130663
I'll probably be getting this later this month, not 100% sure yet. If there's a better deal out there or a reason I should wait let me know. Budget for this is $270

I already own the case, gpu, and psu.
Asking again.
Also how well would it be able to run games at a resolution of 1600x900? I'm going to be using my old/smaller monitor for it.

i think you'd be better off with getting a 5770 for the same price. lemme make sure and check some benchies. as for running games, i'm pretty sure the card isn't very powerful at all. it's not too far behind the 5770, but still. brb
[editline]10th August 2011[/editline]
yeah definitely 5770. take a look at some of the benchmarks http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gts-450-gf106-radeon-hd-5750,2734-11.html. 5770 wins everything besides crysis
I already own the gpu, along with the case and psu. I said that in the second quote.

A couple of questions:
What is that website that allows you to remote desktop through your browser?
and
What is that program for debloating a new computer?
(Nevermind, found it: http://www.pcdecrapifier.com/)
I want to help out a friend.
PC Decrapifier I think for the second one.

What's the difference between windows 7 home premium and windows 7 OEM?
What's the difference between windows 7 home premium and windows 7 OEM?
OEM is meant for System builders but its exactly the same as regular Windows 7
What's a good mouse for under $25?
I was looking on Newegg, and holy shit. Everything either sucks, has 10 buttons crammed on it, or is a deformed monster.
I just want a normal mouse to replace my shitty mechanical one.
yes you can get much much better
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371049&Tpk=antec%20high%20current%20gamer%20750w
and no, corsair and OCZ are very different
for one at least corsair's decent PSUs output close to the advertised power on the 12V rail while that OCZ is only 550W
[editline]11th August 2011[/editline]
corsair's are OEMd by Seasonic and CWT
that specific OCZ is made by Sirtec

I think Ill be fine though, its not like I am planning to SLi soon anyway
dont worry it's still much better than the coolmax you had, you might still be able to cancel the order, too.
