Why can't you guys see this from the store's point of view? What if people decided to buy products and swap out the actual contents, and then go back to Best Buy and bitch about it? You expect the store to be gullible and shell out money that comes out of their L&P every month? It's a difficult situation, and it's incredibly hard to prove who's right and who isn't.
