Honestly it looks like they tried to do an iPhone 4'esqe update, and just forgot to do anything but make it thinner. It just seems like not that big of a jump from the 4S. Not that that necessarily is a bad thing, and I'll wait with the judgement till reviewers do their stuff, but it seems kind of lacking.
