I have an old Emachine KB-0108 keyboard, it has cut/copy/paste keys and some e-mail/Search/forward/backward/internet/favourite shortcut keys.
Is there anyway I can change what these do?

You can try the logitech provided drivers w/ software to change some of the function of those keys. If you're feeling really classy, you can use macromaker.

Will those work for Emachine keyboard?

This is an emachines keyboard, so I highly doubt Logitech has drivers for it.

Apparently the drivers only enable the functions, but they don't let you change them.
Anyone know a way to "hack" the driver?
