The CPU as we know it achieved widespread use only 35 years ago (before that they were still using vacuum tubes and shit).
Especially considering that we're reaching the physical limitations of the traditional CPU, I'd say that it's extremely likely that we'll be using some completely different form of processor technology 20 years from now (in fact, it probably won't even take that long).
I was thinking more like within 5-10 years.
