Dual link DVI adapter :v: [editline]28th January 2011[/editline] Looks like it would be less painful just to get a GTX 560 and a GT210 to get four displays.
Then I wouldn't have the panorama gaming setup, though I am tempted when I save up my £2k, to spend £1k of it on a 27/30" display instead of a mac mini and do a Ajacks styled setup with my 20"'s paired with a GTX 580/equivalent.
So I got tired of how horrible iTunes is on Windows and I've decided to use my eMac for syncing my iPhone. Now I need a place for my eMac... Guess I'll have to keep it on my bedside table. Why is the fan so loud? Also, I'm tired of Windows being a bitch. Fuck off, I'm on Linux now.

Running out of disk space because main partition is about 30GB. I also don't game a lot because my specs are shit, so I moved all of my documents in a linux style to another HDD. Still had low space, so I checked temp files and logs to find that AVG (which was uninstalled a long time ago) didn't delete it's 1GB+ log files. I went from about 300MB of space to 1.7GB and still deleting more of AVG's log files.
And a desktop GPU.
It was a joke based on the temperature. That happens to be the exact temperature at which my GPU idles on my MBP. A ~$1000 one with good specs(Sandy Bridge i5's and i7's, GTX 460 at least, etc) in a smaller Mac Pro like case.

Sure it wouldn't be very hard at all. Just design a fatter smaller motherboard. Although a beefier GPU would be really nice, seeing as that is prebuilts in general and Apple in particular's most common problem, besides price.
I just hope that the mac mini refresh will have a more powerful gpu this time, maybe a integrated 4-series/5-series nvidia if they are around at time of release?
How the diddley did he afford a 30" 2560x1600 screen?
Hes a freelance 3d modeler. I was thinking of getting this one due to the fact its £400 cheaper than the dell one: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-009-HO&groupid=17&catid=1120&subcat= Not really that expensive if you have a proper job.
My flashdrive was washed, and dried, but it still works. Still not going to use it again though.

I just thought about this, what would happen if you submerged a running PSU in water? :science:?
So, I apparently turned my phone into some kind of rampaging death machine. I made the mistake of buying a cheap Chinese phone charger from Wal-Mart, when I connected it to my phone the screen went scrambled and turned off. Now whatever device I connect the phone too turns off. All the little power LEDs on chargers turn off when it's plugged in, for example. The best part is when I plugged it into my laptop it instantly turned the computer off. Luckily the computer survived but a few friends told me I came close to frying the entire motherboard. I have to fall back to my parents old RAZR until I can get a new phone in April. Oh well.
I just thought about this, what would happen if you submerged a running PSU in water? :science:?
IIRC, pure H2O would be running like normal, but something like tap water would screw it over because of the extra particles and electrolytes in it.

The computer will live (if your story is true), but your teacher will freak out, and you'll just laugh, unplug it and press the power button.
I only paid $30 for the phone, it's a generic dumb phone. I really can't be bothered to hire a lawyer to sue for $30. I'm just glad I didn't kill my laptop. I bet a cheapo school computer would die.

My netbook got a short and wouldn't turn on, but after checking with a multimeter, the motherboard is fine, although the battery, not so much.
