Probably Steam's .gcf files, try Defragging them from inside the properties menu
There were a couple files from Steam. There was also some from Battlefield 2 as well as some smaller files. I think a lot of the space came from when I deleted temp and log files. When I finished the entire thing, I went from about 4 blocks of free space to about 70 or 80.

Records show that the reason is that there are many -active Facebook members and, on the other side, many new Facebook members. We will be sending this message around to see if members are active or not. If you are active please send to at least 15 other users using Copy+ Paste to show that you are still active. *Those who do not send this message within 2 weeks will be deleted without hesitation to create more space.* Send this message to all your friends and to show me that your still active and you will not be deleted. I got £10 for fixing a guy's computer, we became friends and played on my others friends PS3 on LBP2
Got a guy come in today telling us to fix his computer. In his hands was a monitor. Also a couple of weeks back we had someone else come in with a laptop. He told us to clean it up, but he said to not add any cleanup programs or get rid of anything, just add RAM. That's a bit like saying clean my room up but don't move anything.
I got £10 for fixing a guy's computer, we became friends and played on my others friends PS3 on LBP2
Made 10 Euro for installing the drivers for a wireless printer, and turning off the ssl option on their email client.
Made 10 Euro for installing the drivers for a wireless printer, and turning off the ssl option on their email client.
Made £10 for plugging in some cables :smug: I did tell her I didn't actually want paying as it was monkey work, but old people never listen :smith:
Christ 52x CD drives are loud. It's installing Ubuntu at the other side of the room and I can't hear anything :argh: Does anyone know how a NIC can prevent the computer from displaying anything? Because when I plug it in, it POSTs and boots fine but there's no image.
My friend's Mac's "Logic Board" (fancy name for motherboard) broke, - Sent it to Apple (and got it replaced) - Next day he sends it back. Turns out the morons at Apple short-circuited his "Logic Board" and now he has to pay for the second replacement.
[editline]29th January 2011[/editline] I only burn OS's at 4x.
I'm not burning it, I'm installing it, and I think it overheated because I can't hear it... God damnit Compaq and your proprietary fans :argh:
Well, Ive just had to use teamviewer to help a friend install a minecraft texture pack. Anyhow, after seeing his 9 toolbar thick internet explorer I just had to clean out his laptop for him. I removed a dodgy scam antivirus that found 13 issues where no other program did, cleared 10Gig of crapware and replaced his theme, he had a bright snot green wallpaper and a snot green tinted aero theme. The thing actualy boots under a minute now and looks good. Job done.
Page 99 is broken again.
Macs are used in great enterprices, by musicians, movie producers, and so on. They also averagely cost more. It's also got a reputation of having no viruses. It's the logical choice to make a virus for. No matter how you put it, you're gonna end up with some piece of information that can have great value for the rest of the world. Where with Windows, you're lucky if you'd end up with somebody's WoW account or facebook, which is worthless. But whatever, just keep telling yourself there's no viruses for mac.
"hurr durr maks ar artistik" The majority of Mac users are idiotic home users - just like Windows! Seriously, you won't get better information from a Mac as opposed to a PC. Stop trying to make out that all Mac users are incredible artists or filmmakers. If a company is using Macs for actual work, they'd normally have taken precautions to protect against data theft of any kind, whether by malware or people. Macs aren't some jesus brand of computers which turn every user into an artist - they're simply an alternative (and in my opinion, quite nice) choice of computer. [editline]30th January 2011[/editline] From the average Mac home user, who is the most likely to get infected with malware because they click on retarded things and browse the net, what ARE you going to get aside from their Facebook and WoW accounts?

They're computers too, I personally think they're overpriced but some people don't.

Also by PC I am referring to a computer running Microsoft's Windows operating system, I know that Macs are PCs hurr
