I feel left out when people are all nostalgic over console games :(
The first console I've ever used was the original Xbox when it got released. Apart from that I've player a tiny bit of Super Mario Brothers with a friend on his Wii.
On the other hand, I can be nostalgic over computer games instead.
So, you've never played Super Metroid or Super Mario World?
I remember when my Brother showed me how to play StarFox on the Nintendo 64. I actually though that what was going on on the screen was actually happening. I cried whenever I died. I was 6.

I haven't.

You poor, deprived children.
I can nostalgia over console game, even though my first console was a GameCube.
I remember playing Donkey Kong Country with my friends and watching them play Link to the Past.
Shit was so cash.
You poor, deprived children.
Have you played Crash Team Racing then?
Have you played Crash Team Racing then?
Oh god, that was the best game ever.
They had Jetpac in Donkey Kong 64. Insert xhibit nostalgia in your nostalgia joke.

Really cool game, but sort of odd with a Nintendo 64 controller. But I used to watch my dad play this. He was really good at it. I was really fucking terrible at it 10 years ago. And since you needed to beat Jetpac to beat DK64, and it made me tear my hair out so I needed him to beat it for me.
I'm too young for even knowing about these games :v:
My first games was on the PS1.

Very first game I had.
My dad bought me a Gameboy Advance (The really old one) when I was 5.
Few weeks back, my friend asked me if I had any wireless or USB RAM he could buy O_O
I never had any consoles as a kid :saddowns:

Oh, never mind.
Game Boy was what was rocking my childhood. The first game I played alot was the original Pokemon Blue, though I played a good deal of Super Marion Bros. before that. Crash Bandicoot is probably one of the series that I can nostalgia all over.
I never had a game console nor played on one when I was young :smith:
I had an atari 2600 when I was little, then an NES, then an SNES, then PS1, PS2, PS3 and various computers and handheld consoles in between
I spent so much time on Homeworld, Pharaoh, Battlezone and Roller coaster tycoon when I was small :D
Also UT'99 (Mostly against bots as we didn't have much in the ways of internet access back then)
I'm 16 so I grew up with my brother's N64.
Though I do have two SNES consoles (one dead) lying around in my room with Starfox in the slot.
This house contains every Nintendo console released to date.
Except for the Virtual Boy and the Game Boy Micro.
Speaking of Gamecubes, a friend of mine is thinking of selling his black Gamecube. It's lid is kinda broke but it will close and open (after a few tries). Should I tell him to put it on eBay so you guys that want it can bid on it?
I've been unable to find a GC/Wii for sale for a good price anywhere, I did however find a great emulator.
It seems to have some minor issues with a few less-known Wii games but apart from that it's wonderful.
The EB games here is selling refurbished gamecubes for $19.99. Complete with all the accessories the original new ones came with. I've been buying them because the controllers are good for smash bros brawl.

One of the first games I had was Age of Empires.
We played it on a LAN a few months ago, and that confirmed something:
That game has one of the hardest AIs EVER.
We were two people playing as the same team (literally the same team) where I handled workers and ships and my friend took care of the military part.
When we were researching age three, two of the AI teams were finished with their wonders.
Oh, and the AI teams were fighting eachother as well.
That was on normal.
I have never had a console before.
Atleast I had a PC
Oh wait, I got a Wii for christmas.
