Compare the price of OS X + full features, and Windows + full features, and you'll notice a certain differense in both quality of features, and the overall price. I've heard OS X is expensive (The big package, not the standalone), but comparing Adobe photoshop with Microsoft Paint, and it kinda becomes obvious.
