What is that? I don't see anything updated with FP
It makes the sub-forums list go back above the threads list because garry moved it
I just built a $300.00 PC for $170.00 (They paid me 170 to do it, I mean); the people are great, I just did low voltage wiring in their house - Ethernet, phone and cable - and helped them with XBox live, and bought them 2 HDMI cables because they were running off the RCA cables that came with it. We were plugging their old PC in to see if the internet was working and it didn't turn on, I tried resetting CMOS and everything else I can think of - then said I built PCs and they had me build them a new one. They're pretty awesome and are referring me to others and are saying I should charge $200 to build a PC. I think that's quite high, but I don't know, other PCs around $500-600 are pretty awful and I could probably do better for the price anyways.

I've been helping out with PC repair for some relatives lately. My aunt and uncle paid me $40 to get rid of some viruses and clean up their computer. They're using a near 6 or 7 year old computer with a 2.6GHz Pentium 4 and 1GB of memory. Not bad for that age but I told them it was pretty old and they might want to consider getting a new one sometime soon.

A friend of mine just told me he wanted to buy a USB3 IOMega SSD to use as a boot drive for his computer.
Why nobody told me that 1 dollar = 8 EEK, not 10 EEK... That build was actually then 2750 $ ... And a Socket 775 Core2Duo builds are about, wait a sec, calculating... about 1250$. And I bought my Core2Duo prebuilt for the same price, what they sell it now. I mean, maybe the GPU is better on some builds. Oh yeah, I bought mine 2 years ago, Or so. I didn't know about FacePunch then, or barely knew about Steam. And I thought that PC building is rocket science.
God damnit, we transferred to Euroes at the start of this year. Just forget about EEK please, please. I'm loving it dieing out finally.
God damnit, we transferred to Euroes at the start of this year. Just forget about EEK please, please. I'm loving it dieing out finally.
I posted it a few pages ago... But yeah.. But I remembered the price only in EEK-s, not EUR.. The EUR price was written in smaller, not bigger text. For some weird reason... It was in Tartu Lõunakeskus, On the EMT Shop. For people who don't know stuff, Estonia went over from EEK to EUR on first January, 2011. There are still prices written in EEK and EUR.
Haha, I knew that thread would be in here.
Really though, what an asshole, Tobba tries to stand up for him and he takes it as the worst fucking insult hes ever heard. I would also like to know from gman if you can even do anything close to a RAT in ASM.
My IT Guys are stupid. In my Art room, they have iMacs that don't even boot into OS X, and to add to that, any user can delete any file from Macintosh HD when in Windows. (My art teacher is awesome though) Also, we have this IPTV thing that lets you look at the school's cameras, and for some reason BBC and ITV channels. It's not locked off or anything, you just type iptv into the address bar of the browser. Also, the blocking of sites is going to far. They've blocked the fucking BBC site now. :bravo:, ICT guys. You've outdone yourselves.
