So let me get this straight.
Digital audio from my HTPC to my amplifier using it as DAC, is worse than a good sound card in my HTPC and then analog sound to the amplifier, correct?

Fixing some pages, no big deal. Nothing to see here.

Why hello there.
Aww man, I had some content today but I can't remember what it was :smith:
So I go on Facebook, and to my avail I see some guy posting weird things as his status. So the comment below (from some other guy) says
"*Person 1* hacked *person 2*'s Facebook with his password"
And thats when I killed myself.
It seems everyone's Facebook is hacked by knowing their password beforehand.
Oh now I remember. The same friend who bought the 300$ headphones, he messages me on Steam saying how he just bought some upgrades for his computer because his motherboard was broken and the CPU was fried (that's what his dad said...). A week after, he receives the parts and messages me again. His upgrades?
Another Pentium D and 1 GB of RAM.
God damnit :froggonk:
my automergeeeeeeeeee :argh:

That's depressing.
You guys raped both my automerge and my ninja edit :argh:
I have this guy on my Steam friends list, he's paranoid about his computer's temps, his 5770 was at 35°C and he started spamming me about how his card was going to die early. I told him to run some compressed air through it to remove the dust, he told me he didn't have an air compressor so I told him to run at Staples or something to get a can of compressed air. I also told him not to hold it upside down.
Guess what he did?
Let's just say his 5770 went to a sub-zero temperature for a few seconds.
Well no reason for him to be paranoid anymore...
I'm actually kinda weird about the temperature in my case also. Only because it's warmer than it was in my dorm room, with a lower ambient temperature. That being said, it's still only 26 degrees Celsius... Long way before needing to worry.
My CPU temperature in Celsius: 52
That's at idle. Should I be worried?

What type of CPU is it?
Core 2 Duo T3200
Laptop CPU?
It's perfectly fine.
It scares me when it hits 95 degrees during Minecraft sessions...
It scares me when it hits 95 degrees during Minecraft sessions...
Crack it open and go at it with a can of compressed air.
It scares me when it hits 95 degrees during Minecraft sessions...
playing just about any game my GPU hits 96
But the CPU stays around 85. Like a fucking ice cube, I tell you :frogc00l:
Crack it open and go at it with a can of compressed air.
The 95 is after a can of compressed air. :saddowns:
The 95 is after a can of compressed air. :saddowns:
Macbook Pros go over 100 degrees
Hell, I've seen it hit 107 degrees...
A shitty HP laptop my brother was given went to 95 with general browsing.
Considering my desktop PC hits 65C under load, I seriously thought something was faulty with the cooling.
That thing's been through hell and back, the body has parts chipped off and all four latches to hold the battery had broken off. It's now taped on.
And my parents won't buy me parts for a PC. It's either the sound system for my car or a new PC.
Looks like I'm getting a job soon!

Did it survive?
Did it survive?
Well... when I was cleaning my fan today I hit the motherboard/RAM with a nice sub-zero blast on accident. It's fine.
What do you mean with sub-zero? Do you mean it hits zero degrees?
What do you mean with sub-zero? Do you mean it hits zero degrees?
Sub-zero=below zero. Or in layman's terms, extremely fucking cold.

That's nothing, my GPU idles at 78C and loads at 83C. God bless the 4870
That's nothing, my GPU idles at 78C and loads at 83C. God bless the 4870
And I was concerned when my 4870 ran idle at 44C.
Sheesh.
My GT220 turbo derp idles at 37 degrees, peaks at 70 degrees under load :smug:
[editline]17th January 2011[/editline]
Turbo derp because I overclocked it. Now I'm getting 30% more frames per second!
