Actually, the way flash is on OS X, watching YouTube will cause the fans to spin up pretty fast.

The newer Macbooks are powerful enough to handle flash videos without turning into lava. Or else, it's because Flash has been optimized through time...

My friend has this really old TV that has oval pixels (looks fucked up) We played some Halo 2 multiplayer with friends tonight, The younger one's a bit... Ok a complete idiot. I was joking around saying shit about pixels. "This TV Doesn't use pixels, moron." Needless to say I death glared him every chance I got.
