My friend, who knows nothing about programming, says he converted Garrys Mod to xBox 360 via programming. I asked him what language he used, he said javascript. I pointed out his error, then he said his friend did it.

That's what I did to my second monitor, But it's only a small one on the bottom of the screen, I don't even notice it anymore, If that gash thing was near the bottom, the side or the top then it would be ALRIGHT but still annoyed but it's nearly in the fucking center.

Computer illiteracy on my part here.
I got myself a laptop for my birthday([URL="http://www.mobiletechreview.com/notebooks/fujitsu-lifebook-t4010.htm"]this one[/URL] to be precise) and as I run on an very tight budget, I got it without an optical drive or hdd(brought the price down from the $500-$1500 to a nice round $149). "That's no problem for me," I thought, "I'll make a bootable flash drive of ubuntu(sticking with what I can work with, I'm not the best), then use that to install the actual OS into another flash drive, until I make enough for an hdd."
The terrible thing about putting my laptop's OS on a flash drive is that I learned you can take out the flash drive when suspended, as long as you put it back before opening it. I tend to be working on something, close my laptop, take out the drive, and open it up without the drive. Lost data all around, hooray.
The sad thing is I've done this multiple times and lost a good bit of work, as I am rather absent-minded and don't save every ten seconds.:downs:

Open it up and find a place to put the USB drive internally, then solder a new usb wire to one of the existing ports or there should be extra unused ones, really, and leave it in there. Or just buy a HDD, they're pretty cheap.

Let me give you a description on how slow it was: The start menu took 10 seconds to fully open
I found that screen somewhere in the street and it was like that when I found it :saddowns:
But it's my secondary screen, and it doesn't bother me much...
Well then, I guess we are both tied seeing as neither of us damaged it personally :3:
I remember I had this old old laptop I had, Before I pulled it apart with friends we did evil evil things to the screen, We drilled 2 holes in it punched the fuck out of it and did things like throw scissors at it, was good fun. Also when we were pulling the laptop apart, We did a lot of it by taking the screws out and doing it proper because we needed some parts for an art assignment, The first thing to go was the screen, We got one guy to stand on the actual laptop and one to reef the screen off.
Do I win yet? If Only I had pictures.
