This is beyond wrong. Sprint does not allow activation of any device that isn't a carrier phone. Any phone that isn't built in with international GSM roaming doesn't have a SIM card, LTE or not. They somehow set the SIM in software.
Interesting. I thought they used a similar system to Verizon where physical SIM's are used on all LTE phones, regardless of GSM capabilities.

It's an odd quirk. Sprint is the only carrier that does this.
Seriously, updates should be on the homepage of the Play Store 4.0. Why do I have to go to "My Apps" to see them?

(oops, hid the navbar)

It's always been like that. I believe it's like that on iOS too
you mean the updates being in "My Apps" or on the homepage?
iOS has an updates tab that is always accessible, but no, they're not on the main page.

System UI just crashed, gg
Tried out the Note 2 today, now I really want to wait for the Note 3 and get it :(
Any other launchers based on Android 4+ other than Apex and Nova? Both do some shitty modifications that I don't like and there's no way to revert/change them.
Trebuchet has weird changes and glitches as of late, too :/
I just want a launcher as close to stock as possible, with ability to change home screens number and a separate tab for Games :/ And landscape orientation support.

Holo Launcher HD?
Action Launcher - it doesn't have a games tab though.
What are some games on Android with a good story? Already finsihed GTA VC and 3 twice each.
Action Launcher seems interesting, but the dev is outright ignoring any request for a free/extended trial version. 15 minutes isn't enough to even configure a launcher, let alone find out if you like it enough. I don't feel like wasting money only to find out I'll hate it.
Holo Launcher HD scares me from the screenshots alone :c
smart launcher is an extremely good launcher

Eufloria HD is a fun game. I haven't beaten it yet as I only just purchased it a couple of hours ago. But it seems so far to be a decent game with an intriguing story (Mother Tree discovers some kind of blight spreading through the world, you have to find out what it is). Also it's on sale.

God, I really love this thread. It's nice to come here and just see discussion that isn't pants-on-head retarded.

Where have you been? XDA? /r/Android?
Where have you been? XDA? /r/Android?
/r/Android. Android Police posts a review of anything HTC or Samsung related, the fucking comments explode with retarded fanboys on both sides. The Samsung fanboys seem to be especially strong in their misinformed rambling though, and I seem to be the only one that can adequately engage their arguments.
Seriously, it's like people just made their fucking mind up and went with it without closely examining everything. Shit, it was only a year or two ago that I was recommending the Galaxy S2 Exynos variants to anyone that asked.

I have a Motorola Milestone (the original Motorola Droid) and I was going to upgrade to a new phone but that has proven to be problematic for irrelevant reasons. Is updating to Icecream Sandwich with something like CyanogenMod a good idea? Or is it just going to make my phone run slower than it already does on Froyo?

I think it would be a very bad idea to update to ICS. From a quick google on the matter, it runs very slow on ICS. Unless you want to sacrifice speed for features.
I wish I had friends, then I could use Facebook Home
I wish I had friends, then I could use Facebook Home
I wish I used Facebook for more than just being in contact with distant relatives or old friends in order to justify using Facebook Home
I wish I had friends, then I could use Facebook Home
I used Facebook everyday and even still it doesn't warrant the need to have a dedicated launcher for Facebook.
However if you are interested for whatever reason, here is a link to the ported build: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2232307
Right I have never had a smartphone before, and I would really like to get an Android phone.
It has to be a bit smaller then a Note 1/2 though and it needs to be high-end. Camera's aren't important. Any recommendations?

I'm sorry but clearly Google+ is better
