I like the new Tumblr app. Except I think it went like this:
Tumblr Staff: Hey, fuck Holo, right?! More Staff: Yeah, fuck Holo! #YOLO Tumblr Staff: Ok, maybe just a little Holo. More Staff: Perhaps...

Oh... And the correct way is http://unlimited.io/qhsusbdload.htm ? Dammit, that CIPWTTKT thread is taunting me. So, making a live CD of Ubuntu 12.04.
You can use a WIBU install. It installs ubuntu inside your windows installation so you can delete it just like you delete a program in windows, nothing gained or lost. [editline]8th April 2013[/editline] Seriously aurum, I've said it several times already. If you can't be bothered to read what I post, I'm done with helping you.
Even with a fresh install of AOSPA it still has bad battery life.
That doesn't sound right. GS3s can go around 4 hours of screen on time and 14 hours of standby.
Thought it was called WUBI....
Thought it was called WUBI....
WUBI is different from livecd.
Glad to know we're all dumb... [editline]9th April 2013[/editline] Guys, I know this shouldn't bother me but... yeah.
It's a budget phone, did you expect a HD Screen? By now you should be aware of Samsung's shotgun approach.
They're pulling a HTC
I bought a really cheap tablet for a friend (57 €) and it has Jelly Bean 4.2. Holy shit.
I bought a really cheap tablet for a friend (57 €) and it has Jelly Bean 4.2. Holy shit.
Sounds too good to be true. Is the screen 800x480 and does it have 384MB RAM?
Sounds too good to be true. Is the screen 800x480 and does it have 384MB RAM?
The screen is 800x480, 512 MB of Ram and yes, it IS Android 4.2, it has the lockscreen widgets and Dashclock Widget installs just fine and works. It's an Allwinner A13 with a Mali 400. The screen isn't like a Nexus 7, but i can't really complain for the price.
We sell these things called "Pendo Pads" at work. They are $230, run android 4.1 have an 8 inch screen. Surely can't be too bad. 8GB of internal storage, non-expandable. Some cheapo dual core cpu, and 300MB of ram and a 940x480 screen. The worst part is, a lot of people buy them as well. They could be getting a nexus 7 for a slightly higher price, which is a far better tablet by miles.
hhhhhnnnnnnngggggg http://officialandroid.blogspot.com/2013/04/a-fresh-new-look-for-google-play.html new Play Store rolling out today for Android 2.2+
Yay!
Huzzah!
What was wrong with the old store?
It's not the new one from our Google Overlords
Just got my MK808 TV Stick. Shall I flash it to Finless right away?
What was wrong with the old store?
Shush, you're interrupting our circlejerk! Google overlord hail matias duarte etc [editline]9th April 2013[/editline] A DOWNLOAD CONFIRMED BY ANDROIDPOLICE FOUND THROUGH REDDIT SYNC and uh.. Not sure what to think of the homepage here. [t]http://i3.minus.com/iAvEjn48uQslM.png[/t] Seems a little lacking.
That looks like it hasn't fully launched server side yet, and will once the apk starts updating in peoples phones. I'll wait for the update I guess. Curious to see how it'll look since we only have Apps here. The logical thing would be to have it launch the Apps/Games section right away.
On the Nexus 7, it looks beautiful:
and there isn't even that bad dot pattern
People on reddit actually thought that the pattern was some sort of a build/user ID.
I'm missing half of it.
How long do you think it'll take to roll out in the US? Also, does the play store update from the play store, or from Google (like the Google settings app).
Eh, not a big fan of the grey background and dark grey menu bar, but it seems like a improvement over the previous.
Eh, not a big fan of the grey background and dark grey menu bar, but it seems like a improvement over the previous.
don't forget about the grey text, it's EVERYWHERE
Just got my MK808 TV Stick. Shall I flash it to Finless right away?
Yeah I have a similar stick... flash it right away, but I don't recommend the 1080p-compatible kernel (it's laggier).
