In theory it could, but it'd be veeeery slow.
I would try using Torpark (now called xB Browser).
It's designed for anonimity, and has a tiny computer footprint.
Is there any webbrowser (beside google chrome incognito) that doesn't save anything on the pc? (cookies etc.) And that you can watch (youtube)videos on of course.
