That's not very secure, what if they right click on the batch file and click edit. They would have your password like that. Why not use AltDSes with, say, an index file named "index.txt" to list the filenames in your hidden stash. Also, someone can simply uncheck the "Hide Operating System Protected Files" (this allows you to view +s +h files in explorer) box to see that there is a folder present. Alternate Datastreams are immune to search and they can not be viewed in explorer by default (you would have to have a program on your computer to search a file for AltDSes. If anybody cares I can make a simple guide.

Or just use truecrypt. Then it will actually be secure and not just give you a false sense of security.

It's awesome to put a program in a .txt file and show my friends I'm running a text file.

This TruCrypt is actually going to be useful for me. I plan on using it to contain all of my personal data, like passwords, important numbers, and any dirty pictures my girlfriend sends me.
