Hello, I am using a headset that can't go very loud, I checked all the options there is no possible way to make it go any louder.
Does anyone have a program that allows you to increase volume.

See if you have a Loudness/Volume Equalizer in your sound settings. Should help out.
Everything is maxed out, I cannot change anything. I need a different audio program which can increase the volume more. I have Windows 7.
What headphones/ headset? If this is a high end pair of headphones it may require amping, if it's any headset it most likely is a hardware problem, your sound card might need proper drivers, or the headset might have a loose connection.
Restart your computer.
Did you install your audio drivers?
Did you try it with a different computer?
You need an amp.
You can't just download software to increase the volume.
It'll sound bad, and you may even break your headphones by forcing a shitty signal through them.
