I used to have Foobar2k running ColumnsUI. But after re-installing Win7 I've been using iTunes as I'm a lazy fuck. I did try and use the iPhone plugins for Foobar, but they all sucked in one way or another.
Where can i get some quality Foobar 2000 skins?
deviantart.com

Image scaled down, therefore the low quality of the pic!
[editline]10:51PM[/editline]
Spotify for music, wmp with cccp codecs for movies!
Ignore the front album pic, it's bugged for ALL songs.

that's a pretty ugly theme and colour scheme
I love it <3
i want to try foobar2000 for my home theatre pc, since winamp doesn't translate well to a huge screen + 150% increased text/icons.
know any nice looking foobar2000 themes with big icons and text that would be suitable for a home theatre pc?

You can make your own theme pretty easily but I would just go to Deviantart and look for one there.
yeah ok no i've tried and i've given up nothing works properly and it's a piece of shit i'm sticking with winamp
I use Foobar2000 with DarkOne v2.0 skinning.

I use Songbird for music and VLC for video.
Windows Media Player for music
Media Player Classic + ffdshow for video
iTunes user.
Yeah I know it's crap, but it's so much easier to manage my iPhone playlists if I use it for Music.
VLC for Video
Rusty, why not make a Winamp theme? They're pretty easy to make.
Here's mine:

Not much music at the moment, I need to put all my CDs on.
I'd be using Foobar if I could get that DarkOne skin to work. Just throws this at me on install:

I can only guess it's a Permissions thing. It usually is.
Music wise Spotify
Everything else VLC
Itunes for Music, VLC for videos and non-music sounds.

well because that's ugly and winamp has proven to be 1000x better than foobar anyway

How do you prove something like that. Also if you can, how do you get 1000x. Your blind fanboyism is hilarious. Just sayin'
I've been using Foobar for a while now and loving it but recently it has been crashing like a bitch. Still trying to figure that out.
Also, can anyone recommend some minimalistic skins? And what's with skins requiring certain plugins and being a pain in the ass to install? That's probably the one thing that I like the least about foobar.

Opinion.
I guess it's because mine isn't modern and "cool" and dark and prepubescent.
I use XMPlay for everything, because it can play pretty much anything, and I don't have a huge music library that needs sorting (or has any DRM). I usually just load the entirety of what I want to listen to and set it on shuffle.

It can't play any movies, though. Not that I watch any that often.
iTunes for iPod Touch and Windows Media Player for DVDs. I randomly switch between WMP and iTunes for listening to music.

Sorry for the fucked up screenshot, don't know why it's doing that.
VLC - and WMP for any Windows audio/video formats that VLC can't handle
Always went with foobar 2000. I just did a fresh reinstall of Windows. So I'm back with Windows Media Player for a short time.

People who use youtube to play music annoy me.
