Music: XMplay, shits fucking stylish, lightweight and will play near to enough anything. [img]http://horobox.reager.org/u/90-219-110-202_1275449297.jpg[/img] Video: Media Player Classic Home Cinema. Add the DirectSound addon to XMplay and you have some really nice audio.
Winamp for music, Windows Media Player for video.

I use windows media player for music and Media Player Classic or XBMC for movies and TV-shows (as XBMC's library is pretty cool)
