I used to have a big apple lcd monitor but then my dad needed it for work so he stuck me with his old 1280x1024 monitor...
At least it has parakeets on the corner.

My resolution is 1920x1080. I found the image on deviant art and just changed it around a bit. I have a feeling it's a very well known image lol.

Use .jpeg at the 12 setting in photoshop, it looks flawless, and pictures always come out under 1MB in size.

Personally, I set my screenshots to 10, which significantly reduces the file size, and keeps the quality high.

For screenshots: If on Windows 7, use Paint. The JPEG compression has been completely revised, and you'll see little-to-no artifacts.
