Looks are OS X most significant quality. However, you can't argue about taste, so I'll shut up now.

well, it should work on anything using GTK+ 2.0 and up, but I just didn't think most people would want the Ubuntu symbol on mint. sorry of this is inaccurate, I don't know much about Linux.

Mint is based on Ubuntu. I don't mind the ubuntu symbol.
It was already there when I added the applet in the top bar...
