In all my years of using computers I've probably had >10
Maybe twice?
0 on Windows 7 0 on Vista. 0 on XP. If we count family PC's however, then the numbers look more like: 0, 5, ∞
0 on Windows 7 0 on XP.
I had 1 on Vista when i overclocked my GPU, then played GTA IV, teleported around the city so it had to load a ton of textures.
1 on XP only cause i fucked it up
I use Linux and Windows almost equally for different tasks daily. I get more BusyBox errors than I do BSoD errors. Loads more. So suck on that, Linux fanboys.
I only had busybox errors on Ubuntu 8.04. But that was because Ubuntu was junk. Haven't used Ubuntu since, and not had a single busybox error.
I use XP on two machines, one blue screens daily, the other i havent seen a blue screen with. I put it down to bad drivers, but haven't been arsed to fix it yet as i don't use it too often. Edit: I've worked with Windows 7 on customer machines and i think the driver support is really great. Plug in and instantly ready in seconds
Only get BSOD when I'm doing something I shouldn't be.
Once in Windows 7, I plugged my USB drive in and out rapidly for like 2 minutes.
Unfortunately many many times, however my computer actually hasn't died from it yet.
I get a BSOD on my Windows 7 machine quite unusually. But it does occur perhaps every month.
Just 1 on whilst using my fathers old machine. My own built PCs and laptops have never had it though.
Never had one with 7 yet, but a few with xp, once it was just because of cmos settings.
None in the small amount of time I used Windows 3.1, around three with Windows 95 that I can remember, and two or three with Windows 98SE. The only one that's happened with Windows XP so far has been one with a core temperature monitoring program since I installed my new processor.
Never touch wood (aka penis)
1 with windows 7. :smug:
about 30 a week with my old pc. :bang:
I've had quite a few with Windows 95, about 2 with Windows XP and non with Vista or 7.
With windows 98 SE it's an unlimited number, facepunch could not handle that many numbers. With XP about 20. With Vista 64 bit it's about 60-70 (I had a bad network driver, SP1 made it compatible) With vista 64 SP1 it's 1-2 With windows 7 I got 0 as of yet.
I haven't had one since I reinstalled.. ..which was yesterday.
only one on XP, one of windows me, none on vista and one recently on 7 but that was a memory failure. so 3 total.
Once, actually.
About 8, but thats only because I repeatedly tried to install Win 7 on a computer with RAM that will BSOD if it tops 4GBs of usage It's fixed now.
Few times, but only cause I oc'd my CPU too much
I screwed up Windows 7 and had a multiple of over thirty consecutive BSOD's in under a week. :(
Got one yesterday. Loaded Street Fighter IV and before going to the character select screen it BSOD'ed. Windows XP.
I had a few recently from faulty memory, had to send it back for RMA. 100th post!
MANY times, but that's because of my RAM, I think they've finally stopped for good.
I'm on Windows XP SP3, been on it for 4 years and never gotten a BSOD.
